Got served by a very patient and friendly Burmese guy at the store. Great customer service, very funny too.

Plenty of paraphernalia, almost too many choices, and when I got home I just chilled out ya know?

Staff at Highgate store top & bottom floors on Monday 4 January 2021 were very rude!

Great ervice. Knowledgeable about getting into vaping for a newbie. Options were endless. Definitely number one shop to go to.

Awesome shop with plenty of products to choose from and helpful staff members and don't forget they have 2 shops 1 for all general items and smoking? 2 for Vape Lover's.

These guys are awesome, they always have plenty of vapes and smoking equipment. I bought a girlfriend of mine a new Geek Vape mini mod and NRGTank which I also purchased for myself and the girl's who served me were friendly and professional and knew everything about the machines I looked at. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I'm now in my girlfriends good book as she loved her Vape too. Rapt!

The chick upstairs V-shop is very knowledgeable and willing to help you with anything you may need to get or need to ask for. Super chilled and good vibes from the whole store in general!

Billy is the Vape Guru. I have to force myself to stop buying when he is serving. Completely set me up the first time I came in. Always has amazing juice recommendations. He cares more about the customer than I have ever seen from a sales person. My go to shop purely because of this man! Just Awesome Service.

Unfriendly staff, had bad experience buying vape from there, it stopped working and they said it’s leaking liquid which it wasnt, always out of stock. Time wasting experience

Knowledgeable staff were well trained. Relaxed environment and interesting place where you could spend hours looking at all the different things

The customer service here was so appauling. I've never experienced customer service this bad in my life! The girl that served us at the back of the shop was condecending and rude and clearly did not genuine care about helping. My partner was looking at buying a vape but after the bad service did not want to waste his money here. This company should be looking at getting some better staff to serve their customers. Very disappointing.

Cool chick in there who is friendly and knows her stuff on Vapes. The guy there though was extremely paranoid and when picking up something I ordered was acting like I was not the buyer. Treated me like a scammer.

Had a problem with a Vape purchased through this store.after my wife was initially dismissed by an extremely rude and unhelpful long haired young male staff member, we were eventually helped by Amber who actually assisted in finding our missing receipt and then Lisa organised a new vape in less than a week. Very happy but would suggest they move on the staff that couldn't care less.

Super rude and impatient person at the counter. Covered in tats, long hair, shorter. We were just after some papers. Definitely won’t be coming back to this joint and won’t be recommending it to anyone else. Learn to customer service.

Great selection but unfortunately way over priced.there are no bargains here.patience can get u the same items online for a fraction of their prices.all these types of shops are the same in Perth.

These guys have everything and the staff know there stuff. Don't waste your time with other places. Don't once do it right!
