Staff member was great, but the store looks like its falling down around him and the whole place smelled like subway bread and incense.

If you see a seller with green hair, run away or come back the next day. I came to ask if I could return a product and he reacted as if I had tried to steal his kidney.
Asking me 3 times if I put nicotine in my vape
And answering 3 times the same answer.
He even didn’t try to look at the vape or help me and assume than my utilisation of the vape was bad and if the vape tastes like it's burning every two puffs it was because I put my vape in my pocket even with a 10 minutes fresh coil what’s making non sense.
Before this grass-head all the seller I met was really nice and professional.

Served by the legend known as ”Mike” he was super knowledgeable in the products that were stocked and sold me the best coils for my vape

Spoke to bloke named Mike, exceptional informative on which water pipe I should choose given the amount I smoke and my financial limits. Bought a waterpipe and some stickers. Great guy with great customer service skills

I once saw elise gros, come out of this shop, i dont know if its that good but the standards must be very high for someone of such a prestigious nature to even set foot within.

Just came in to buy coils and brother Bill was the sickest most nicest person I’ve met in Perth. Full of truth and love and real easy going. Hope everything comes your way brother ️

Don't bother wasting your time organising anything with these guys they'll leave you waiting in the wet an cold even if you called and said when u were coming in.

Awesome little Cloud 9. Seems to have most things in stock to similar stores. Awesome staff and great location just down from Maccas.
Prices are pretty reasonable and they had Roor products in stock which are quite rare to come by.
Just wish I had of come with more cash.

I had to step over drunk or high homeless people to get into the shop, however once inside it's very well stocked shop with knowledgeable staff.

The customer service was so bad, was treated poorly and when asked if he had a problem with me because I looked young he told me that I could be asked to leave. Will never return plus he refused to give his name, but he should take a class in customer etiquette.

Fair price; was actually CHEAPER than exact same one, online. Guy was helpful and nice. Helped me find my billy, I was trying to replace, in like two mins. Saved me from smoking out of a Powerade.if I had of waited for an online one to come too even had EFTPOS and open late till six pm on a weekday

They don’t have in-store vaping devices BUT they will be able to order from Melbourne and get it delivered in 3 days. This is due to WA’s laws.

Staff pretty rude arrogant and ignorant and the prices are not justified so won't be successful for long as they really aren't customer service value and satisfaction orientated and people now realize you can buy the merchandise for 3% of the prices they charge in China and only 7 days to two weeks delivery time. I won't ever shop at any of their stores again after what I found on the internet in China stores and seen what they would pay and what I should be paying and I'm absolutely wrapped and saved so much money and now get the stock for my friends also and it's always free postage too

Vaporizers way overpriced with no refund or exchange policy if problematic. Send it back to manufacturer they said, no thanks.online or me
