Cloud 9 Smoke Shop Fremantle

Wow as soon as I entered the store I was greeted by the staff with smiles and it made me feel so welcome, Max and Hayden were amazing in helping me pick out a new waterpipe. Will definitely recommend this store to my friends.

I'm a repeat customer of this store, the service from a young lad named "H" is just excellent, ive given 4 stars because the prices can be cheaper elsewhere but i still come down to this store regardless for my vaping/smoking needs.

Again, "H" is a good lad

Just visited the newly set up Cloud 9 off High Street and was pleasantly surprised with the new location and customer service. The new location feels more safe and professional, and H (the manager) had superlative communication and treated me with the utmost respect. Looking forward to more business down the line! Shame there is no website for the new location yet.

Last two visits to This store has been the worst customer service experience in retail since I can remember! Dude that runs the show with the specs and the attitude problem - Id be concerned for business if he did run it as you are my desperate go to when other local on online retailers cannot deliver!

Got this bong cleaner and this stuff is absolutely amazing. Cleans it crystal clear, I have never seen anything like this. The guys are very knowledgeable on their products

Seems like the staff have nangs for breakfast and lunch, but their inability to do basic maths often works in your favour.

Great shop, huge range of smokin gear, if you can smoke thru it.they have it.
Nice clean tidy shop, very friendly and helpful staff. 5 stars.

Guy didnt even offer to wrap it. Or a bag or anything. Like i wanna walk down the rd with it in my hand

Ask these guys a question and you can expect a condescending response.but perseverance and patience will get you what you need at a reasonable retail price.when they get back from lunch that is.

Such a fantastic experience! I went in with very limited knowledge about fixing a broken vape and Hayden (I hope) was the most delightful human. Didn’t make me feel like an idiot- suggested products that would benefit me. Totally awesome, thanks mate!

Today a young guy (sorry i didn't catch his name) served me and was extremely friendly and helpful. Offered great advice and im extremely happy with my purchase. Thanks guys!

Don't go there to buy anything to do with vaping! You will get told, "sorry can't sell you anything to do with vaping". Second time in two half weeks I've been there and told that. Not good enough! So do yourself a favour as I did and drive the extra kms to see the awesome lady's at Cloud 9 ROCKINGHAM! They knew there stuff, friendly and extremely helpful.

Wow all I can say is what immaculate service! I was treated by Tegwyn and Tanika and they helped me so much with finding the right stem/cone piece/body that I was astounded at their talents guys definitely visit the store and if Ur lucky these two will help you! I'm so glad at the service and recommend it to anyone! Absolute five stars (p.s. 7 stars if I could)

The customer service by the young man working there was absolutely atrocious. Not that hard to at least show some basic respect and manners to your customers. Guess thats expected at a smoke shop.

Horrible customer services. Closed the store at 2pm to get lunch then sat on the floor and ate lunch while several people waited out front. Knew we were all waiting, came out and told us to wait while they ate. What kind of customer service is that.

Very professional services and quality outstanding. Sells that pure essence sticks, very aromatic spices and herbs infused. Love that smell.

Please update your opening hours. I went twice and the place was closed, I waited and came back and was still closed. Is totally understandable that you guys need breaks but clients are wasting their time.

Only gave it 1 star because 0 wasn't an option! Staff were too busy giggling and talking amongst themselves to bother to help us! Don't think they even noticed us walking out! Shocking customer service! Would never step foot inside the place again!
