I had problems with my new vape machine, so went in to ask for help. The staff were great, very helpful and fixed my machine without asking for anything. I'll definitely go back.

In my experience as a regular shopper at many Cloud 9 stores, I have to say the staff are a real asset to the stores reputation.

I can't think of any time I have left a Cloud 9 store feeling anything other than uplifted & smiling.

The atmosphere is always relaxed, cheerful & very helpful. Always greeted immediately with a big smile & welcoming hello.

Staff make appropriate friendly conversation without making you feel rushed to buy and always found them very knowledgeable with the products.

Only unpleasant time is when a couple of indigenous kids were yelling outside cannington store as they weren't allowed in but staff handled it calmly & effectively and apologised to customers for the commotion.

At Armadale store the other day, I was served by a lovely girl 'Jess'. Big smile, eager to help, great service as always.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Cloud 9, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile by the staff. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the wide range of smoking paraphernalia they had in stock, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and make recommendations based on my preferences.

The store itself is beautifully laid out, with a wide variety of products on display. From sleek and stylish pipes to colorful and unique bongs, there was something for everyone. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the high-quality of the products.

But perhaps the best part of my shopping experience at Cloud 9 was the atmosphere. It was a welcoming and relaxed environment, and I never once felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. Instead, I was able to take my time and really browse the selection, all while chatting with the friendly staff.

Overall, I highly recommend Cloud 9 for anyone in need of smoking paraphernalia. The customer service is top-notch, the products are of the highest quality, and the atmosphere is unbeatable. I will definitely be returning to Cloud 9 for all of my smoking needs

Came to the store was helped by a lovely lady, she sold me a piece. I got home to find it was leaking water at the base on both sides.tried to call the shop number 4 times. On the last call I told the lady the problem. Drove all the way back (20 minutes) spent a good amount of time there checking over my replacement. Everything seems fine. Get home to use my replacement piece and it’s not even air tight! At this point, it feels like a joke. I called back and told the lady my new issue, she apologised and was extremely sorry. I’ll be getting a new grommet (and another drive back) Seriously, this beyond ridiculous. Unhappy is an understatement!

Was a bad start once I got home and glass had broken but the staff acknowledged there mistake and I was well looked after even if took 2 times the staff handled them selfs well and even when I was a bit angry and raised voice they stayed calm thanks guys

Like all these stores the best thing about them is the staff who are happy to let you wander around to look at the large inventory they have or will help with anything you want to know and are very polite and professional. I have had nothing but good experiences in ALL the stores I've ever used when needing coils, tanks or drip tips for my vape. This is why I continue to use them.

What i noticed today in your store is that the merchant who is training the new employee on her first day, is sadly incompetent himself. Lack of understanding of his role and duties has lead your business to fail to comply to consumer law. Very bad experience in a store i have spent thousands of dollars in. Will not be a returning customer. I am now pursuing restitution. If management would like to contact me in regards to this I have left my full name and number with your incompetent merchant to pass through to you as he refuses to allow customers to speak to management themselves.

The staff in here are awesome, always willing to go out of their way to help or impart some of their knowledge to you.

A lad named Riley served me today. Above and beyond service! Very patient and really helpful, I was in the shop for up to half an hour, i couldn't decide which product I wanted more, but I left with the perfect piece! He gave me plenty of information, how to prepare it and how to clean it, he brought out more products from the back that weren't on display to compare, and wrapped it up safely so it wouldn't break in the car. (All the while serving other customers; he was working alone). Awesome service definitely give this dude a raise! 6 star service!

Poor guys, had trouble with there doors. Lady was running around trying to sort it out keeping all the customers that called to ask what was going on notified through each step. They got it open and handled the surge that was waiting calmly and briskly.can't say the same for the customers though.if owner reading this, please give them a kudos

The young man and woman who attended to me were super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their products. One would be glad to pay "extra" for such good service, but their prices are as good or better than buying online. An excellent experience. They've won me over as a customer.cos as a vaper, I'll always need to "buy stuff".

Staff happily sold it to me.
