Sick shop with a huge range of products. The staff are friendly, especially the manager Lee who has helped me out countless times.

If you advertise as 7 days closing at 7pm then that means 7 days with a 7pm close. Very annoying driving all the way finding out your shut at 3pm.

I've been served by Sheri a few times now and shes always super helpful and knows what she's talking about.

Even if they're out of stock of what you need, I've always left with a suitable, alternative option, which is rare here in Perth tbh, especially when it comes to vapes.

In a wasteland that is the Perth Police State, Cloud9 is a shining beacon of freedom.

The guys here are really helpful. I had no idea what I was doing when purchasing a vape and supplies and the crew at cloud 9 were really good. There is a huge supply of products and very reasonably priced. Easy parking right out the front too.

Lucas the manager at this store is the rudest person to deal with, he swears at customers & does not offer any help with faulty products. He refused to help with a faulty product that wouldn't work from time of purchae & put it back on the customer. We have now reported him to ACCC & will be taking further action

Lucas the store manager is incredibly rude and has no idea about consumer rights what so ever. Got a faulty product that cloud 9 knew was an existing problem and refused to refund me. Apparently the below isn't true according to Lucas.
You have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees regime.

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product:

is faulty
doesn't match the sample or demo model
doesn't match the description
doesn't do what the salesperson said
doesn't do what you asked for.
What type of problem is it?
Major problems with products cannot be fixed, or cannot be fixed in a reasonable time. Where there is a major problem, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. A major problem is where the product:

has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
is significantly different from the sample, description or demonstration model
doesn't do what you asked for or what it is normally supposed to do, and this problem cannot be easily fixed
is unsafe.

Really large store with a great selection. The staff member who served me was lovely and gave great recommendations.

Apart from not having a tobacco licensee for blunt wraps and therefore unfortunately they can't sell them, I was definitely impressed with the range available in store.
