CLOUD 9 DAY SPA

Without a doubt one of the worst cases of customer service I have ever experienced. Husband bought me 3 $50 gift vouchers at xmas so that I could use each one for a deluxe facial and put money towards to make the gift last longer. Didn't use them in the first 6 months due to 4 deaths in the family, getting Covid etc.so go to use in September and realise that they are expired (only last for 6 months!), I realize they have to be valid for a minimum of 3 years so my husband calls to explain and the owner reluctantly agrees to let me use them. I explain that I wanted to use each one individually and put more money towards, and she said that she wanted me to use all in 1 go! Now I'm not a business person, but even I know you don't throw away an extra $150. So I make my booking, arrive 15 mins early (as requested) and the owner comes out and tells me she is running behind and will be available in 45 mins. I didn't even get a "I am so sorry", or anything or even a call to let me know she was running behind. When I said I would have to reschedule for November she said no, I thought it was odd that the whole of November was booked out so asked her if this was the case to which she then told me that she wanted my vouchers used asap and how she was a small business owner blah blah blah, like it was my fault she was running behind. I calmly explained that she had received cash for these pieces of paper and then I realised why she was being so hostile, which I still dont understand. She said I could use them in October so I said fine and walked out knowing that I was never going to use those vouchers. There is no way in hell I would have someone so awful near me.

I was given a voucher for my birthday so I used it for the Indian Head massage. Now I'm a hairdresser, always doing it for others, I just wanted my scalp massage. Well. I was very disappointed. I could hardly feel her touch me. There was really no effort put in. No water offered after. I should of got a leg wax, at least I would of felt that.

Such a nice day. Microdermabrasion facial was great. Left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Staff are lovely. And prices are very good. Will definitely be back

I availed the 'Treat Yourself' package as a gift for my wife on valentines but then she came out very disappointed. The whole body massage is pressure less. She didn't feel rejuvenated after a whole body massage. Head massage is part of this package but only for 10 mins out of 2hrs treatment time? She didn't even felt the massage on the head. We are totally disappointed. I felt my gift for valentine was a failed too. This will be the first and last for me on this spa.
Also please let your other customer (having a foot spa) know to talk quietly as they are loud also as courtesy to others that are trying to relax and don't offer a cold water after your treatment.

I've been getting my eyebrows and lashes tinted for a few years now. I'm always thrilled with the job Marie does, I find all the girls there to be warm and very welcoming. I highly recommend going for a visit.

Marie and the girls always take such good care of us (myself and my 3 daughters). Everything from nails to waxing to Vichy shower to massage to ear candling - I always thoroughly enjoy my experience at Cloud 9 Day Spa x Jackie and Girls

Wonderful massage. I am so relaxed. The rooms are lovely, warm and comfortable. So much better than the places at the shops, where you squeeze in behind a too small curtain and listen to kids screaming.

Highly recommend Cloud 9 day spa. The ladies are lovely and provide top quality service in friendly & clean environment.
You won't be dissapointed!
