Clockworks

Our 13 year old Dachluhr Vienna regulator in a wall clock case was in need of a service as it was no longer chiming, and was sometimes being stopped by the fingers jamming together. Phillip Kealley did a wonderful job getting the clock back into working perfectly again. It is now a month after it was returned from servicing and it has not had any more problems at all. Thank you Phillip for a highly professional service.

Phillip is a meticulous craftsman whom I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. His attention to detail and vast horological knowledge is second to none. He repaired our heirloom, Vienna regulator chimer, which had been previously, poorly 'repaired' by another clock repairer, rectified that person's botched attempt and was happy to give instructions on resetting and co-ordinating the hands and chimer.

Very very pleased with Phillip’s repairs to my Westminster chime wall clock. He corrected many issues which, when it was serviced by a different clock repairer in Perth (be careful who you take your clock to) were simply neglected (if not actually worsened). My clock now ticks more quietly, the grinding noises before it chimes are gone, and the longstanding issue of it having to sit on an angle to keep working is solved. It has never sounded better. Very grateful. Can not recommend him highly enough.

Philip was very knowledgeable and willing to assist in any way possible. I had no idea that my grandparents’ old cuckoo clock could ever be brought back to life, but Philip did his magic.
