Cleopatra's Temple Day Spa

I went here just yesterday and it was so good! Everything was luxurious, the massage was excellent, bath was awesome and refreshments tasted so good! I feel it's underrated. I love the theme, the decor, the staff is so friendly and I felt welcomed instantly. Claudia is so nice and loves to chat to her customers, will be back for sure thank you <3

A friend and I came for a pampering day and had a lovely time. Beauty therapists Rimpy and Madison were very professional but still relaxed and friendly enough to chat with us. We really enjoyed both their services and their company. After our facials and pedicures we were so relaxed driving home that it was almost dangerous!

Absolutely wonderful service & very friendly.

Started with them changing my appt time - instead of letting me know by saying 'so sorry but due to staff illness, we need to reschedule' which I'm fine with, got a voicemail to confirm the appt at a different time which I assumed was an error till I confirmed in the morning. Went in with a friend for a 75 minute lymphatic massage, walked in and out within an hour including changing clothes off and on again and paperwork. The receptionists response when we questioned was in a nutshell 'too bad'.
Still waiting on a response from Management as we didn't receive what I'd paid (alot) for.
To top it off, the masseuse had no idea what she was doing and spent about 45 minutes covering us in mud without the actual massage.
Would never recommend or return. Surprised they're actually open.

They absolutely professionals. I was maximally satisfied with the service. They are kind and helpful. I'm sure I'll be back here again.

Clean, opulent and intriguing!

My partner and I purchased the couples Cleopatra Scoopon deal for a great price and the entire experience just got even better from there! We had to cancel and re-book a few times which speaks to the accommodating customer service but upon arriving we we're very well catered to with a genuine care for our needs and what our visit would provide us. The deal included a shared milk bath, drinks, nibbles and full body massages with access to the lounge afterwards. We both agreed between the atmosphere, service and quality of massage this location has been the best day spa we've been to yet! A generously run business that we are going to have to come back to! Thank you!

- Also a point on the music; Some have left negative comments about the contemporary music heard from the lobby and yes you can hear it at least from the room we were in however it was muffled and did not detract from the relaxation for either of us. It melded behind the ambient soundtrack played in the rooms to the point we forgot about it until we came out again. I don't doubt the music would be turned down have you ask if it begins to bother you!

Terrible experience. My friend and I booked during the buy one get one free birthday promotion. We paid for a 75min massage and was in and out inc paperwork/changing within an hour.the massage was supposed to include a get spa, this was not included rather a shower. The massage tech seemed not properly trained and was pretty much just moving her hands over me rather than hitting pressure points. We attempted to give our feedback to the receptionist however was met with a yeah cool attitude. Customer service is really lacking at this establishment as you can probably tell from management attempting to discredit any negative reviews rather than take them on board.so terrible that something that could have been relaxing has actually had the opposite experience. Would not return, would not recomend.

I really enjoy visiting this spa because I know I will get great massages and pampering from the lovely staff. I also have been really enjoying the baths as the refreshments served have been really outstanding! Looking forward to coming back again soon! Thanks Claudia and team:)

I can't even with this place. Just avoid if you can, not only are the services low grade at best but i found it ridiculous that the 'manager' behind the desk, the young man that works there is extremely rude and does not have an ounce of customer service skills. No professionalism and treats criticism in a non constructive way. Don't recommend

My husband and I have booked in to be pampered. We have akso bought facials for our 3 daughters. We haven't yet enjoyed our experience, but the staff were all so very helpful and friendly. I can't wait to enjoy the experience and pampering xx

Me and partner booked a Cleopatra spa and massage and we were very happy with our treatment. The staff were friendly and explained everything well. The facilities were immaculate and everything clean and tidy. We left feeling relaxed. All in all a great experience

My Appointment included Sauna/Spa/Foot Massage/Lymphatic Face and Body Massage, by the end of my treatment I was totally relaxed and enjoyed my time.
I have booked another appointment and will going back regularly.

Very lovely atmosphere and enteriour, not your every day salon with a relaxing music.

Service. Amazing! Everyone was really friendly and it had a lovely atmosphere.
Massages. Even better!

But there are a few negatives, spent the whole day there for one of their packages and the lunch was a bit mediocre for what we paid for. Then with the manicure and pedicure at the end, I got cut a couple times while getting my cuticles cut and too much skin grinded off whilst my partner didnt get the full service I was expecting.

Apart from that and having to wipe off the excess product when we got home it was good!

Had a lovely warm mud oil massage and felt extremely relaxed

Only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is because my appointment was booked at 2pm but they had a sign on the door saying ‘back at 2: 30’ and I was left standing outside for about 10 minuets so I would’ve liked an extra 10 minuets in my massage or something else just to make up for that but other than that it was a lovely experience
