Clear Skincare Clinic Whitford City

Been here a couple of times now and I will only continue to come here for all my skincare needs, Shadae is absolutely phenomenal extremely knowledgeable about everything she does and her customer service is second to none! Also would like to commend all the ladies working today I could hear the verbal threatening abuse that customer was hurling at use whilst having my treatment done and the professionalism, patience and handling of it was remarkable. Even whilst being yelled at (because the walk in customer didn't have an appointment and couldn't be seen right then and there) they still only continued to try offer help and find a solution. Absolutely amazing ladies!

My friend and I had the worst customer service experience of our lives; we were abused, receptionist and the nurse (Jess) yelled at us! I sent an email to the head office to check the CCTV camera and listen to how they behaved towards us for their fault. I was standing in a corner without saying anything, and then the receptionist pointed out to me and yelled at me because I was quite! And I'm not going to let this nurse fix what she did to one of my eyebrows! It was a Botax touch up. Last time I went to Cockburn Clinic, their customer service was great, I was so satisfied that I referred my friend, but this time it was disappointing! Very, very bad!

I have been going to Clear Skincare Clinics at Whitfords for a while now and all the staff are lovely & knowledgeable. Genene in particular is so passionate & took so much care looking after my skin & guiding me on the best treatments & products. Highly recommend booking with her!

Ive been to other clear skincare clinics and it’s been fine except this one which I found very unprofessional and pushy. Shame because I live close by.

I came here for a consultation and the “therapist” was already trying to get me to buy their products or no treatment, seriously I have so many products that does the same thing at home, I don’t need anymore!

Please avoid and go elsewhere.

This is sadly my first bad review ever.

But I've been coming to this place for the past year for a laser treatment. Fitst, they advertise cheap laser prices on their website and then make you buy some other products as part of the treatment on top of what you've already paid for the sessions.

Also, I've done IPL and laser sessions in the past at other places, but this was by far the worst place in terms of results. I usually see some results on the first session or on the third one, the latest. Here, I've lost the count on how many sessions I've regularly done at this stage.

However, most of the ladies are very friendly and the sessions used to be super quick (actually, maybe this could be one of the reasons for the poor results). Since I bought a package, I just kept attending my sessions with no big issues until today.

I had an appointment and tried to call saying I was going to be maximum of 15min late. No one answered the phone or got back to me (I left a voice message). I live really far and drove all the way there anyways hoping not to loose my session/money. When I arrived to my appointment, I had to wait about 5min at the reception (so that's really hard to believe that they would've been able to see me even if I was on time, since no one was available for 2min to answer the phone/get back to me or see me at the reception when I arrived).

After waiting, I was received by someone with poor customer skills. But what disappointed me the most was the lack of communication with clients. That's almost as if they made it too easy for you to book the appointment, but there's no one on the other side to help you when you need a hand. And when they had a chance to be at least friendly and helpful today, the lady received me on a bad mood. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I shouldn't pay for it as a customer.

And it only added to the factor that I haven't been getting my results and was pretty much surprised with all the extra costs in the first place.

I understand that this place must be short on staff and I have been super understanding for the past year and the other ladies were always really nice and friendly (hence why 2* instead of 1).

As I still have some sessions left on my package, I'll be checking some other Clear Skincare stores for my future sessions. At this stage, it's hard to believe I'll be getting the expected results, so I'll definitely be looking at other places for my future laser treatment.

I really don't recommend this place.

The prices are good but unfortunately the store is not run very well. I had a series of appointments after which they were supposed to reassess my skin to decide on further treatments but every time I went I had a different person and no one reassessed my skin or asked how things were going. Two of the three staff I had were very nice and friendly though. I had questions about what my treatment options were available after the three sessions I had paid for as what I was getting didn’t seem to be agreeing with my skin but the staff didn’t really provide much information when I asked questions about my options so after my sessions I just didn’t rebook. Two of my appointments were also rescheduled the day off/day before. I liked the take home products they gave me and found them well priced. I would go if you’re looking for a well priced treatment and just want to get in and out but if you’re looking for a relaxing experience or somewhere that you feel looked after as a customer, I would look elsewhere.

All of the staff are so nice and understand what you are going through. Would definitely recommend them to everyone and anyone who is looking for their services. Overall I am very happy with the staff and their services!

The team at clear skin care whitfords are very professional, helpful and knowledgeable with the treatments that I have been having and the products I have been using. I have had amazing results so far with my skin and will recommend the whitfords clinic to all my friends and family!

Even though I am quite a few sessions into my treatment, Jordan listened and was very thorough

I did my Brazilian hair removal for few times in this shop. The first time I visited here, they DO NOT put the paper towel while I did my treatment and were not sure clean the bed or not after every customer leave. And today, the lady who did for me only just did one side! So, it depends on if you are lucky or not to meet a professional staff!

Waited three weeks for this appointment, what a waste of time, when I booked this appointment I discussed with the receptionist what I wanted and we agreed a long appointment was required. Turned up for my long appointment today to find out that a short 10 minute appointment was booked and was-not long enough for what was required and would have to come back. Needless to say I didn’t and left! Sub standard service and inefficiency, need to up their game as this is a competitive market and many to choose from!

Went in to get an annoying milia removed. After some poking around with a needle the procedure was apparently finished and the milia was supposedly removed. However, this wasn't the case. It's still there with no difference whatsoever. When I went in to complain the staff member simply said it looks smaller and I would have to pay again to have it removed.despite this is what I already had paid for. Not happy and will not be going to or recommending this place to anyone.

I have been coming to Whitfords store and swear by the treatments and products they sell. The girls are all so lovely and make you feel so welcome from the time you step into the store. They are all so very knowledgeable with the products they sell and the treatments that I required. I love what has been achieved with my treatments. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who wants to see amazing results. Thanks so much girls.

I have been for a few laser hair removal treatments now (full leg, Brazilian and underarms and I am so glad I did! The girls at Whitfords clear skincare are awesome. The sessions have been quick, efficient and the girls have made me feel very comfortable.

So impressed with Gemma at Clear Skincare Clinic. She was so patient and helpful with me when I was 100% sure what I wanted or needed! Really happy with what we have set up, enjoyed my first treatment last week and couldn't be happier. A nice little bonus was the awesome Black Friday sales deals! Thanks Gemma

This place is magical! I have had 3 treatments now (peels and microdermabrasion) and noticed a significant difference in my skins appearance. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone with skin concerns. You will definitely get the help, care and advice here.
From my first appointment I was made to feel welcome. Each appointment is tailored to how my skin is that day and I always walk out feeling pampered.
