Clear Skincare Clinic Shenton Park

Have been coming here for years for dermapen, LED and some peels and I always leave happy. The staff are really friendly, everything is fully explained, including an approximate downtime afterwards, and while products that might benefit me are mentioned during my treatments, I never feel like I am being pushed into buying them. The dermapen treatments are always done very thoroughly and they always listen to my requests for a more/less intense treatment - I have it without numbing which is fine except for a few sensitive spots on the face, which they always remember to go not as deep around. They always have sales on skin treatment packages and being able to log into your account to see what you have and when past bookings have been is super handy. Thanks to all the beautiful and lovely staff there:)

I am over the moon with the results from my Botox treatment. Alexandra is amazing at what she does, she really takes the time to understand what you want to achieve and takes great care in injecting. I couldn’t recommend her enough:)

The quality of the treatments were poor, I'm not sure all the staff are qualified. I asked if I can do skin pen with a week after the peel and LED and I was told no problem. I was then told, on the day of the appointment, that this cannot be done by different staff. They don't apologise or admit they have given the wrong advise.

I have been going to clear skincare clinic in Shenton Park for a couple of years for treatments, and it has been amazing with great results. The rooms are always clean, the staff are so friendly, and always super understanding and kind if you need to reschedule, which I think is rare. Katie and Shenee are especially amazing. They are both so lovely and great at what they do.

I went in for a pigmentation treatment not knowing whether to go with the overnight peel or IPL. The technician recommended to start with IPL. The outcome was terrible. I have been left with burns and blistering on my face. I was told minimal downtime and redness to be gone by the next morning with just a darkened pigment on my sunspots. As soon as the treatment started on my forehead I flinched and told the technician it was too hot and I could smell burning but she continued a few more times until I was really uncomfortable. Apparently the burning smell is normal. I have had this treatment done in the past with no pain and no downtime. She turned the temperature down slightly and kept going even after I told her it was too much, with her telling me that the temperature wasn't even at the highest setting it should be. She said "just a few more". I told her to stop before she could complete my whole face where she then pointed out how red my face was and that it wasn't a normal reaction. The treatment was cut short and I was placed under LED light for 10 minutes to help the burning sensation and i was still asked to pay for the treatment even though I was burnt and it was half done. The technician then started to apply a lotion and half way through asked if I am allergic to peanuts.ahhh If I was allergic i'm pretty sure its too late? ! When I looked in the mirror I was horrified and she said she would give me a call in the morning to see how it settled. I spent the entire evening in pain and tears with cold wet cloths on the burns, where all the aggressive areas began to turn a greyish colour, bubble and blister. I have had constant headaches and been unable to sleep or work since my treatment. I received a phone call the morning after and explained the outcome. I was invited back for a follow up where I was again placed under the light for 10 minutes and given 2 products to take home. She apologised and said it will take longer for my skin to heal and that my skin shouldn't have reacted the way it did under the settings of the machine. No patch test was done. It was just get in and get out. The complete lack of professionalism and care is upsetting to me. There was no consent form, no warnings of the risks so you are made to believe you're in safe hands.

Went for laser sessions.bought a package for 5 times and they didn’t tell me when those will be over so I booked in for another session and I had to pay for the last one. Unfortunately, I went through a rough time and didn’t count if myself. Also, every lady lasered differently (different strength) and I feel like I don’t have the results I could have had when someone actually thought about what they’re doing. Every time they tried to sell me another package because it was on ‘special’. I felt uncomfortable to tell them that I dont want to buy another one. Can’t recommend this place

The difference in my skin is beyond amazing, and were it not for photographic evidence, would probably be unbelievable too! I cried at the improvement I saw after 3 rounds of IPL, Skin Peels and LED Therapy. I began to have hope that I would actually have clear, calm skin again, after the next 3 rounds of IPL, Skin Peels and LED Light Therapy. And now, half way through my next set of 3 rounds, I wake up and feel excited about how radiant and calm my skin looks and feels and I no longer dread how angry, red and raw it used to be! Kate and Katie at Shenton Park have been incredibly encouraging, supportive and genuinely invested in my journey and progress!

Had my IPL Hair Removal done on Saturday and have LOVED my results! I started with just my underarms and have done almost my whole body now so much better than waxing! I'm on maintenance now so only have a top up every 6 months. Thanks girls always great to see you!

I popped in today for my first treatment (a peel & LED therapy) and was very impressed. My skin feels amazing and any concerns of redness or peeling immediately put to rest. Will definitely be coming back!

Always had good service here, Jordan is an amazing, knowledgeable therapist with a high level of professionalism. I drive 30 minutes for my treatments and still wouldn’t go anywhere else. Had great results from ipl and skin treatments

Highly recommend! The ladies are wonderful and very helpful. I was having really bad acne so have had the SGA, chemical peels and meso needling and my skin has changed so much!
I had tried everything before I found Clearskincare clinics and nothing had worked. If you're having acne or pimples, definitely recommend!
