I had the opportunity to undergo treatments performed by two nurses and one intern, and I regret to say that my experience was far from satisfactory.

Amy's performance was subpar. The laser hair removal procedure administered by Amy resulted in an extremely uneven outcome, leaving me with unsightly patches of hair growth. The treatment outcomes has left me feeling quite frustrated and dissatisfied.

Furthermore, I was purchase a package with the expectation of a consistent and quality service.
However, I have noticed a stark decline in the attitude and level of service provided by Amy after the package was paid for. This abrupt change in behavior is disheartening and has contributed to an overall negative experience. Despite their Google website saying they open at 9 AM I made few calls to confirm my booking but no successes so I walk to the shop after 9: 05 am, they refused to open the door before9: 30 am and only talked through a small opening.
They denied messing up our appointment time and had insincere attitude. When I tried to communicate again, Amy and Morley ignored my knocks on the door and avoided eye contact.

Additionally, I hope this facility to address the issue of declining customer service after a package is purchased.

Every customer, regardless of their choice of purchase, deserves to be treated with professionalism and respect throughout their journey with your establishment.

I love it here! I always see Nurse Carlie she is amazing! She's super talented and very passionate about her clients and work. When it was my first time getting anti wrinkle injections she made me feel safe and reassured. I recently saw Carlie for chin and jaw filler too and I was so nervous as this was a first for me. But Carlie always listens to my concerns if I have any and is always happy to share her knowledge and talk you though the process. She without a doubt achieved the look i was hoping for, she never fails to deliver outstanding results! I've never been happier with my appearance. Thank you Carlie! I also want to acknowledge the other girls at this branch too as they are all wonderful and caring girls who are very passionate about their clinic.

They seem to have a major problem with their phone. I won’t be showing up for my appointment and I can’t call them to inform them. Oh well, if they call me I’ll let them know that it’s their problem

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with injectable’s as I do Nurse Carlie. She is passionate, a perfectionist and great company while your having needles popped in your face haha. I have recommended her to various family members who have all had amazing results as well.
I have also seen a few other women at the centre for laser reduction services. They are all amazing and the results are perfect. I won’t be going anywhere else

I have been supporting this biz since 2020 and only had 1 other tech be as thorough as her. I've had many. She listens and knows what she's talking about. Dosnt rush her clients. Love love love.

Saddened I have to write this review.

Update: Received a partial refund. Still no reply to my emails to head office, nor any email replies from the store. Took 5 months to get a partial refund.

I had lip fillers done 9th June and sadly they didn’t go to plan. Paid top dollar to have odd lips and lumps through out. I’d paid for the premium filler but feel I’d received the cheaper version. Still have lumps 3 months later. It’s been rather embarrassing as I’d had this done prior to starting a new job. I’m no longer wanting photos taken of myself as I’m very self conscious of my appearance.

I’ve approached the store several times for a refund and still nothing. I wasn’t wanting a full refund, just some form of compensation. I was offered more injections to try to correct, but chose to decline as wasn’t confident this would work, nor wanted more injections to try to right the wrongs.

I’ve had lip fillers before so not my first experience. My precious experiences have been extremely positive and satisfactory.

I’m now placing a depute on my Credit Card for a full refund and will not recommend this facility.

This was my second visit with Carlie, my first visit was for Botox and this time was lip fillers. Each experience was comfortable and professional. I was more than happy with my results and will definitely be back a third time.

I recently saw Carlie for my first injectable and she was awesome! The whole process was so professional and painless. I have already booked my next appointment, so grateful to have found Carlie, I won't be going anywhere else! Thanks so much Carlie, see you girls soon!

Not happy had some filler done what a waste of money and time was misled with information no communication and to be told to go see someone else

I got lip fillers for the first time ever, I had Carlie and she was so lovely and helpful and explained in depth everything! Such a talented lady and I can’t wait to keep coming back to her!

I had lip filler added to enhance my natural lip shape recently with the beautiful and Talented cosmetic nurse Carlie, Carlie took the time to listen to what I was looking for and has created the most perfect shape for my lips,
The salon was clean and professional the staff warm kind and inviting
I was taken through every step of the procedure which was so perfectly done I will definitely be back to receive more treatments from the salon, thankyou so Much Carlie for my new found confidence in my smile,

Had an amazing experience and best customer service experience recently. I had the pleasure of coming in for a laser hair removal consult and skin treatment done on me. I was paired with the therapist Tiffany and was immediately comfortable with her as soon as she greeted me at the desk. She was highly thorough with her consultation, making sure I had a good understanding of the treatment, how it worked so I knew what to expect. I appreciated her taking the time to answer my questions to make sure I was comfortable as I had never gotten any hair removal done before. I felt she was being very genuine and honest about the treatments and prices. I also had a skin treatment done on me by her and she explained what she was doing throughout the treatment to me and the benefits as well. I was impressed with her knowledge about skin and her skills in doing her treatments. I urge anybody going here to ask to see lovely Tiffany as I had the best experience with her. I look forward to seeing her for my future treatments.

Nurse Carlie was absolutely amazing. In the past I had visited a high profile clinic. I was left with bruising as well as as having an excruciating filler experience. Nurse Carlie was fabulous. She builds excellent rapport with her clients and it was the first time I had fillers and I wasn't in a huge amount of pain. Nurse Carlie is very professional and has a gentle hand. Shout out to the gorgeous ladies at reception too for their excellent customer service and skincare knowledge.

Went in today as my mum and I had a few questions but got completely ignored. We were standing there for a good few minutes and didn’t get asked if we needed anything. During those few minutes, a staff member looked at us and walked away, while the other two women sat at the front desk on their phones talking to each other. Extremely disappointed in their customer service.
