I would highly recommend Clear Skin Joondalup! I went and saw the lovely Hettie and she worked her magic on my face. All the staff were super lovely and it made the experience so easy and comfortable. Thank you so much girls

Dissapointed to have my appointment cancelled on me, 2 hours before I was meant to arrive. Please update your website to state very clearly you need a GPs clearance for ipl/ pigmentation treatments. I received a call 2 hours prior to my appt saying they can't do the treatment because I don't have a GPs clearance - incredibly frustrating as I have a child and trying to get to appointments is hard enough as it is without last minute cancellations on the service side! You might need to look at rolling out a procedure to call the client in advance if you need them to make additional appointments and obtain specific clearances to attend their appointments at clearskincare, and not right before they are meant to arrive!

Wasted my time coming here. Booked in for a consultation and was told that I had to get a second opinion from my GP before they could do a treatment (why would I even bother coming to your clinic if that is what I need to do?). Then my therapist told me she would consult the senior clinician and get back to me in a week (seriously?) after she gave her expert opinion. Here we are a week later and no call. Terrible service.

Staff are very nice. I have done 2 sessions with Amy and Georgia, they are very friendly and won't make you feel uncomfortable at all.

Staff don’t call you if the machine is not working so you will find out only when you get there and will be send back without treatment, really disappointing.

I am very satisfied with this team. All the girls are very professional and polite. I see any in a regular basis for all my treatments and I am super happy with her!

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience with them. After two sessions, they couldn’t remove the mole on my neck completely. I was told that it has become smaller and it is going to disappear after a while but it didn’t happen. Still have the mole on my neck. Noting that I provided the required document from GP confirming the removal of the mole.

I got a voucher for a free microdermabrasion facial, so i booked online for a free skin consultation. When i arrived at the clinic i asked if i could use the voucher. Only to be asked did you want the skin consultation or have you just come to get the free facial. After my skin consultation i asked if i could make an appointment for a consultation on injectables, only to be asked just for consultation or are you going to have a treatment. I felt that the staff lack customer service and did not make me feel welcome at all and not at all interested because i had not committed to spending any money. I won’t be returning as i have been a client at other salons where the staff are so friendly and welcoming and this was not my experience at Joondalup.

Had good experience, teeth whitening with Amy. Very friendly and professional. All the girls at reception nice and friendly. I was very impressed with the whitening treatment. Had it done years ago hardly any difference. But here, definite immediate difference and affordable price. Will be going back. Happy and satisfied customer.

So amazing! I don’t know why it took me so long to try Laser. One treatment and there is already a noticeable difference. Also it doesn’t even hurt! The clinic is lovely and the staff professional. I highly recommend

The ladies at Clearskincare Clinics at Joondalup are super professional and know their stuff!
I started off with a free skin consultation and they took me through a thorough explanation of what my skin was doing, why it was doing it and what the best skin care program was for my individual needs, lifestyle and budget.
The products are amazing yet surprisingly super affordable.
My favorite product at the moment is their C'Ensil Vitamin C Serum. Not only has it helped fade my pigmentation in combination with their signature in-clinic treatments but it has given it a youthful appearance as well.
I have found my skin gurus!
I look forward to my treatments and follow their advice to a T - with amazing results.
