After having difficulties at Silk laser Clinics in Booragoon with almost 10 sessions and no results!

I have gone in for one laser hair removal session and Eda was able to provide me with what I was looking for all this time. Instant results, I couldn't have asked for more!

I honestly do recommend this clinic with Eda's service, you will not be disappointed.

Used a gift voucher that I had purchased from the Fremantle branch, and now being hounded for proof of purchase.very poor customer service

Price is good customer service is pretty bad. Fake and forced and always rushed. Treatments aren't thorough either. It's pretty irrigating when you have a question and they just brush it off and rush you out the door to get the next person in.

So glad my friend told me about this place. By far the best prices for skin treatments and products, the girls are super friendly and they know their stuff. My skin looks fab!

I recently visited clearskin Fremantle for help with my sun damaged skin on my face. I could not praise the staff highly enough. I was concerned that I could not afford the treatment however I was offered an amazing amount of advice and many affordable options. The staff took their time to explain thoroughly all treatments and products. They were very approachable warm friendly and professional and the clinic was immaculately clean and well organised. Now months down the track I am extremely happy with results. Skin is glowing and tones are even Thank you Clearskin Fremantle - I have no problem recommending you for professionalism and results.

It’s all good when ur giving me them money. As soon as it comes to delivering a suboptimal service and dealing with customer concerns, they don’t really care. Never coming here again, what a rip off!

I did the ipl 6 treatments and 4 laser treatments. My hair was gone. Great. 4 months later. I’m a fur ball again. It is cheaper and faster than waxing.

However, fremantle clinic is dirty and when I’ve been in for treatment the lotion for after care is empty so I’m walking around with burnt skin till I get home. They don’t give you time to even undress and wipe down. I’ve gotten weird bumps after using them. One of the technicians has eyelash lice or some thing chunky. Just a gross place

I would continue using their services even though their laser doesn’t work long term but it’s too dirty for me.maybe try a different clinic.
