Tahlya is an amazing therapist. I cannot over sell this enough. She will make you feel comfortable from when you come in and goes way above and beyond. I would highly recommend her. I have only gone to silk laser in the past. I found the service here so much better.

I felt very looked after at Clear Skincare Claremont. The therapist who looked after me was very helpful and welcoming as I was a bit nervous with my skin treatment. She carefully explained all the steps and check in often which I appreciated.

Evelyn is always so lovely! Always makes me feel so comfortable during my appointment. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to get a new treatment!

I find these skincare clinics so hit and miss. I usually have the derma pen done, 2/4 times I've been once at this clinic and another elsewhere and it's not been great. Appointments are supposed to be 20-25mins and from walking in and out in total it's been just 10 minutes. It felt so rushed and felt like not enough attention was given to my skin and especially to problem areas. I can always tell when the quality of the facial is poor by the way my skin reacts naturally afterwards, for example, redness and tightening/tingling after is normal and shows its working but this time my skin wasn't that tight and the redness was scattered in patches like one side of my face was more red than the other showing less attention paid on one side. The Cockburn clinic is the only clinic I feel carried out the procedure the best and left me 100% satisfied, the other times I feel I've wasted my money and these facials aren't exactly cheap. Not best impressed to be honest feel like I've wasted $340 over the 2 times I've had not a great experience.

Had an appointment booked today (Tues 13th Dec) that was booked on the 29th Nov. When I came in there was a sign saying the store was “closed due to unforeseen circumstances”. I called and was diverted through to booragoon who told me the closure wasn’t unforeseen and was actually a planned closure for 2 weeks for aircon installation. I have received zero communication about this and even had a confirmation email for my appt. This is so frusturating - why would you not bother to contact people that have booked and paid in advance to notify them of a planned closure. Why even allow me to book and pay. I had taken a day off work for this appt- had I been notified I could have gone to work and arranged another day off instead of wasting my annual leave. It’s extremely unreliable and unprofessional to think it’s okay to notify customers about cancellations by having them arrive to find a closed store instead of taking a few minutes to call/email/text, especially when this closure was planned.

Janelle is amazing! She is so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. She made my first laser appointment super relaxing and enjoyable! 10/10 would recommend, i’m totally going back!

I have been going to Clear Skin Claremont for about a year, fortnightly or monthly and have always thought the customer service was a bit fast, rude and pretty average but for the price I always justified it. However, after todays experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone and will never be spending my money on their products or services again. Today I turned up for my appointment 3 minutes late, I got told to take a seat and someone would be with me shortly after waiting 5 minutes, someone came out and told me I was 10 minutes late and could not have my treatment today. As someone who has previously worked in customer service her attitude and domino were just plain rude and unapologetic. I then asked how many underarm laser appointments I had left on my account and got told I had non. I got sold a package 3 months ago of buy 3 get 3 free and I got told today that this was not redeemable if one is getting underarms done only. This is miss advertising and out outright disgraceful. I have spent at least 2000$ over the last year on products and services from this company and expect better!

Am very happy with Clear skin treatments and skin care products. Highly recommended to all men.

Highly recommend Jamie she is such an incredible skin therapist, she was so knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Jamie has helped me so much on my skin journey struggling with pigmentation and now my skin is the best I’ve ever seen it!

The clinic has really helped me find treatments that compliment my skin to achieve skin confidence. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I have always found the staff at Clear Skincare Claremont to be absolutely charming and very proficient at their work. The venue is well kept and the products clearly displayed. The staff are very willing to be of assistance at all times.

Absolutely amazing staff and service. 1000/10! Their staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. I could not recommend any laser clinic more than the Claremont clearskin clinic. My laser results have been amazing and the facial treatments are so rejuvenating. Love love love!

Just a few things to mention.

I have used this clinic for a while, but I feel the small details and care are slowly slipping.

They used to actually have the ‘skin iPad’ at the front (as seen on wall in image) so while waiting you could do the skin tests.that’s gone.
They have a fish store open next door which takes over the smell at the front desk; a year or so ago they used to burn beautiful candles at the front which made the place smell fresh and nice.

They now play generic radio music instead of calming music; and I’ve noticed the girl at the front desk eating while talking to other staff and sort of dismissing the clients who walk in. I feel now the staff would rather talk amongst themselves than to the clients walking in.

These are small details but it takes those small little quirks to change how you experience your treatment. Remembering all clients walking in are in a somewhat vulnerable state, all wanting something fixed and/or changed, looking to feel better and confident when they leave.

Products are very reasonably priced, treatments are expensive but the same as most upmarket skin clinics.

No toilets on site, does have disability access.

I went in for my appointment and apologised for being 5 minutes late and was meet with very rude customer service that I was told I completely missed my appointment and they couldn’t do anything for me, just completely unacceptable for me who works in hospitality as well, I will not be returning to the Claremont branch

Very poor service. My experience was really bad here and I have decided not to go back to this place. There are so many other clear skincare clinic in Market and they provide much more excellent service than this branch.

I’ve been here before and although they have good treatments I feel the microdermabrasion that normally costs $99 (I got it for $49 through their own text marketing) could be better, it lasted literally 10 minutes! It felt like I was being fast tracked through a car wash! I was laid flat, had face quickly wiped with cleanser and a hideous smelling alcohol wipe (great way to dry out your skin!) then the microdermabrasion was like she was brushing her naughty child’s hair a bit of HA wiped on a quick sales pitch for some Vitamin A cream and I was out thinking “gee that was relaxing NOT”! Seriously my appointment was at 1.30pm and I was out in the street after paying at 1.42pm! Won’t be back I will go somewhere where it feels like you’re cared for not just a quick buck!
