Clear Skincare Clinic Booragoon

CSC Booragoon is simply the best all round clinic I have EVER experienced. And I've been to many. The staff are all so lovely. They never up-sell but give great honest advice and thoughtful effective treatments. The specials that pop up from time to time are terrific value. No hesitation in recommending them, 5 stars, worth 10 stars!

I had a delightful experience today at this clinic for a laser hair removal session. Professional, friendly and with competitive prices, I received a 5 star treatment. Absolutely recommend!

This is the best clear skincare clinic, I have tried other clinics, no one is as good as these guys!

Pre-purchased a laser hair removal package and booked for 6 weeks in advance due to my recent waxing. Scheduled my fake tan and other appointments around this - particularly timing the follow up 6 weekly appointments with my schedule. I received my confirmation information when booking and 24hrs prior I got my reminder text to which I replied yes. Less than 24hrs I received a call saying that they need to cancel my appointment as they don’t have a therapist on for the 15 minute appointment. Extremely unprofessional. I understand staffing issues but they left it to less than 24hrs prior to the appointment to cancel the when it was clearly stated on the call they had been short staffed for weeks. If I had known a day prior I would have come in that afternoon and done the required prep earlier. Not to mention the other appointments I have had to reschedule because of their disorganisation. Do not feel valued and extremely unhappy. Do not recommend.

Not happy at all with the service received. Booked for 4 areas and at the time on spot you are been advised they cannot do it because it is near to their closing time and you are 8-9 mins late. I have waited over 20 mins for my treatment at this clinic so many times that doesn't matter if it is from your end.
In middle of my laser i am been advised we can't do this part because it is been not shaved properly. It was back of my legs which we cant have a look but it should be the clinics responsility to advise in first stance this will going to happen if i am ok with this or if would like to come later. My treatment was going on and someone knocks in advising your next client is here. I have paid for the services doesnt mean you will troulbling in between and just letting go off the person you are dealing with.
Wasted of one my sitting because of unprofessional staff.

The nurse in during the week Zoe is great, she is extremely through with her explanations and a very gentle injector, can't recommend her enough.
I've also had some laser hair removal on my back and shoulders, the staff that preform this are always friendly and professional.

The clinic rescheduled myself and my daughter twice without getting back to us. On the treatment day, they refused to do mine and finally did it as I told them that this is unacceptable and I won’t be able to do it for 6 weeks as I’m travelling, they didn’t like it and my treatment was done in 5 minutes while usually it takes about 15 minutes. Completely low quality service and rude staff.
This is my third time to type the same review and I hope they don’t delete it as I can’t see the previous ones.
I do NOT recommend Booragoon clinic to anyone. Poor management and lake of experience staff

I had a some filler done by the nurse Zoe. She was professional, caring and very gentle. She was very informative and was able to answer all my questions with ease. She was also very passionate and cared about my recovery, even making sure I could contact her out of hours. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed in her care, she was not pushy about recommending treatments to me and seemed to be more focused on what's going to make me feel more confident.

I was planning on going elsewhere as I previously had a bad experience with the nurse in this clinic, which is why I rated the clinic 4 stars. I am glad I decided to give Zoe a chance before I went elsewhere.

I was using this clinic for hair removal for more than nine months with Geneen and I was happy and satisfied, till the day they told me that Geneen has left to another clinic, I wasn't happy but I told my self that it was gonna be okay. I was surprised when I saw the difference between Geneen's quality of treatment and the two other girls that continued with me, no comparison.it's a waste of money, so I decided to stop going to Garden city Clinic.

I’ve been going to Clear Skincare for lazer hair removal, I’ve gone to the Booragoon shopping centre one for my last two sessions. I had such a great experience with Ganene! She made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole thing and has done an amazing job for my last two sessions. I will definitely carry on coming to the Booragoon Clear Skincare.

Had the best experience at this clinic. I went in for a free skincare consultation having no idea what to expect.
Shandy (my therapist) was an absolute gem. She went through all of my skin care routine and gave me tips on how to improve each part of my routine. She gave me so many options but also made it all very easy to understand.
Very thorough therapist with a very warm and welcome team. There was no pressure to buy their products or their service. She just genuinely wanted to help!

I will certainly be coming back and do not plan on going anywhere else!

Friendly helpful staff, always go out of their way to explain treatment and work out what the best treatment is for you.

I was very disappointed with my first appointment, I didn't understand how we did finish before even I thought we started! They told me it takes 5 min but it was like 10 seconds. And the hair was there after 2 days just like before the laser, no difference whatsoever.
I regretted that I paid for several sessions but I will update my review if there is anything positive.

To be fair I decided to write about my second experience.
The girl this time was lovely, she did a great job.the hair has started to disappear. I felt satisfied, I will continue with other parts of my body.

Sorry to say but t I am not happy with the results because I see no difference. Nothing has changed at my face condition. I believe your treatments are not working. I feel disappointed about that especially for the charges on top of that.

I made an appointment to seek some advice on laser services. The consultant was extremely helpful going through options available and explaining them throughly. I’ll be making a booking to have some treatments.

Lovely friendly professional Staff who take time to give you personalised advice and make you feel relaxed. Highly recommend.
