Tenille Zekas is amazing and I couldn't speak more highly of her. She taught me how to manage my anxiety in a warm and compassionate way. I felt safe talking to her at all times. The reception staff is also very friendly. Thanks so much!

Kelly Murphy is beyond amazing, patient, and supportive. She helped me understand myself and work my way through a diagnosis for ADHD. Eternally patient.

Admin staff are polite and friendly. Only complaint is the office can sometimes be a little disorganised. Everything ends up sorted though.

Terrible booking experience with the intake team!

I sent all the requested information to Olivia immediately as i needed an appointment ASAP, however she did not check her emails properly and kept chasing me for it. Once confirmed, She did not call me back to book anything in.i waited weeks and had to call them twice to book a time in.

Finally, pre-booked 6 appointments for months ahead in advance and almost 5-6 weeks after first initially contacting them and they call me back a week before my first scheduled appointment to confirm all appointments need to be cancelled because the therapist is not qualified to handle the reporting involved with insurance related cover.

Terrible customer service, no organisation within the intake team and lack of communication between staff. The intake team are also not trained and empathic to discuss peoples circumstances.

Rating higher than one star because of the lovely specialist there- the psychology treatment there is amazing and very thorough. However, the administration there is terribly disorganised and they messed up our Medicare refunds two times after each and every session and kept blaming it on Medicare - which is unacceptable for any admin office. We are a low income family and I can imagine there are other people who are in the same boat too. The psychology there is wonderful however the administration organisation needs drastic improvement imo. I usually don't make negative reviews but this has been incredibly frustrating for the both of us. We are told that the Medicare refunds will be sent to our bank within a day or two- and it never ends up happening. We then have to chase around both the reception and Medicare just so we can get the refund. Very frustrating experience.

An amazing, compassionate and caring service from all personnel from administration to the psychologists themselves. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Amazing place hard to find someone that understands what you are going though and helps you find ways on how to deal and cope with what you are dealing with amazing place. Parking a car can be a pain but worth it thankyou.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience at Clear Health Psychology. From my initial phone call the customer service from administration has been first class. They showed empathy and understanding to my issues and I was able to be booked in immediately with a psychologist. My psychologist was also amazing and has changed my life. I would highly recommend Clear Health Psychology to anyone.

Botched up the Medicare claim, leaving myself to sort out the tangle. Invoices/receipts are not provided at visits, exacerbating the Medicare issue. I am still receiving letters from Medicare over this stuffup and still do not have the rebate.

Further to this, I was given the wrong time for an appointment. I arrived to a
frosty greeting, and when it was verified the staff had mistakenly given me the wrong time there was no apology. Following this, an email was sent outlining the rules of the business. This was unpleasant and unnecessary.

Very disappointing. More interested in making money than doing good work with people. Would not recommend them.
