My daughter had her eye lashes done. She walked out and her eyes were burning. They also stuck lashes on her eye lids and they tried to tell me they weren’t on the eye lids. They also claimed she had glue on her lashes but she washed any glue off before her application. They were so uneven and the eye that they put the lashes on the eye lids was being pushed down to close. I told them I wasn’t happy but they still charged me $100. We have since had them removed at another place straight after as my daughters eye became swollen. This is all today. I want my $100 back! And I do not recommend eye lash extensions from these people.

Went there earlier this morning to get a usual eyebrow tint. This isn’t the first time I’ve been neither, anyway following the application the lady wipes of the tint and asks me to confirm I was ok with the shape… well off course I wasn’t and it was already too late for her to take back what she had applied so I followed her to pay. She says 35$ for a classic eyebrow tint no threading I was shocked I asked why I was charged so much and she had no explanation but that it’s because the tint lasts 3-4 weeks. Of course I paid the price as there was nothing further I could do nor did she have the time as the place was full surprisingly. Like I mentioned this wasn’t the first time so I was shocked as my first visit was pleasant, anyway won’t be coming back again!

My friend and me attended the Mandurah Forum store and had eyebrow threading and henna brows at $62 each. We were both so disappointed when out in the daylight we looked like Harpo and Groucho Marx. We rang the lady back the same day and said we were disappointed and what could we do to fix the darkness and shape, she did not offer us a refund or correction just told us to wash them off. This is not good customer service and we have scrubbed and rubbed and still look like freaks! I don't consider $62 cheap for a job we are disappointed with

I paid to get my lashes done here and they came out all clumped together and started falling off in big clumps just after a week, my mate also had the same lashes done and the same thing happened won’t be going back, I would save your money and go somewhere else

Wow.first time at classic threading. Had eyebrows tinted and threaded. Love it.even hubby said your eyebrows look good! Will recommend will be back

My partner, went to enquire about getting her eyebrows threaded and tinted. She was quoted a ridiculous price. When she asked why it was so expensive compared to the advertised prices, the woman had no explanation, mumbled to herself and that was that. We left as my partner could justify paying so much for no reason.

Was very pleasantly surprised not painful at all definitely gives better finish than waxing will never go back to waxing and lovely friendly staff

Lovely service, did my eyebrows on point and cheap as, but I got eyelash extensions about week n half ago when I walked out they looked amazing, but I noticed a couple days later they was scratching the bottom of my eyelids and some of the eyelash extensions was glued so close to the top of my eyelid when I blinked it hurt, so I ended up removing them and couldnt believe how dodgy they glued the extensions to my eyelashes don’t recommend getting them

First visit here. I went from well shaped, curving eyebrows eith a healthy edge next to the centre that have been threaded for years to a thin straight line with a hiccup in the middle. I feel so angry every time I look in mirror. When I told the person doing it when she gave me the mirror her comment was ' I just tidied it up' What!

Usually pretty good but sometimes understaffed. The lady did my first brow perfect but was too quick and took too much off the second by accident (I hope haha). She had people regularly coming in during my my appointment so I think she just rushed it. I didn’t say anything, I Came home and fixed it up myself. Will still come back again.

Went there to get my eyebrows threaded and ended up with a massive chunk of my eyebrow missing, she didn't say anything about it when it happened and when I had my first glance in the mirror my eyes were watery so I didn't notice, I paid and left then noticed it once I got into the car and looked in the mirror I'm pretty upset about the outcome and definitely won't be back now!

I went here to get my eyebrows and face threated. I asked the lady to be careful as my wedding was 2 days away. She did not ask me how I wanted my eyebrows done to or explained anything about the procedure. The lady was unfriendly and rough on my skin. She broke the thread over 50 time and left me with lots of skin ripped off around my eyebrows and lips. It was not my first time getting my eyebrows done but the only time I left out of a salon so sore and unimpressed. I had to wear thick makeup to cover the bruising and cut skin on my wedding day.
Definitely not a happy customer and won't be back.
