My only gripe was not being told how to properly book an appointment and when ringing the practice on multiple occasions there was no answer. However the staff were able to fit me in the same day as my original appointment, and Dr Alex Ong was so great and ensured that I was calm and comfortable throughout my procedure. Very happy with the service.

Dr Jin and her assistant were so lovely and professional and gave me great information on my teeth. She has made my every single visit enjoyable.

Being one of ‘those people’ which is scared of going to the dentist, resulting in the fact that I hadn’t been to a dentist for over 10 years (the last time I had a dental emergency) and 15 years before that. Well it happened again and I made myself go to the dentist. Although my anxiety still plays a huge part in attending, Dr Yash and the wonderful team at this practice (special mention to Emma) have made it a comfortable experience and are so wonderful and patient with me. I am currently going through the process of getting implants and am actually starting to not absolutely dread the thought of going there. I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially if you are a nervous or anxious person like myself. I will definitely be keeping up regular appointments after all my work has been done.

I have been Yash’s patient since 2010 when I was pregnant. He was working at Joondalup and I’ve followed him to his own clinic since.
He has helped me with sleeping apnea and also with a very simple and inexpensive treatment has been correcting my child bite and teeth.
I’ve also been looked after by Dr Chris and Dr Jin Jin and I highly recommend them too.
All the staff are very accommodating and friendly
I cannot fault Yash’s Clinc and his knowledge and kindness is priceless.

Unreasonable high anxiety about Dental visits. The cause of requiring major Dental work starting with extractions after very painful teeth infections because I had put off going to a Dentist after a few very uncomfortable experiences.
DrJinJin, I am so grateful to have found you. Your beautiful calm demeanor, your knowledge and patience, your total honesty of possible outcomes, all contributed to diminishing a lot of fears I held.
Dr Jin Jin is very calm and was totally aware of me throughout the whole procedure stopping to check I was ok. Her lovely Assistant Tina is also a true gem. Thank you to two beautiful ladies who helped me overcome unreasonable anxiety.
This practise is very professional, friendly, very accommodating even organising to re-fill my script with local pharmacy due to my work commitments and I couldn’t get in to collect. Thank you Steph.

Dr Yash Sheth is an amazing dentist! I've had full lower implants and he did such a great job and was so patient with a patient that's terrified of dentists. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a good dentist.

I was looking for a good dentist around the Landsdale area where I have moved to.
I saw their great reveiws and booked in to have a broken moller fixed.
The dentist was very good, he explained the proceedure, took photos before, during and after the tooth repair. The dentist did the job with out causing me any pain. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recomend these guys.

One of the best dentists we've come across in Perth. Dr Yash has been correcting my overbite and teeth for last few years. After giving me the options, he has approached my treatment in a very holistic way, taking into account airway space, tongue posture, standing posture & facial structure. My breathing & posture have improved. Dr Yash is very knowledgeable about facial structure, jaw structure, and sleep issues. I look forward to my appointments & to completing my treatment. His staff are also very professional. Our son had headaches for years daily on waking and we had been to many hospital specialists, had MRI scans etc.but his headaches continued. Yash put in a jaw development device & told us the headaches were most probably due to jaw clenching during sleep. After wearing the device for just over a year he no longer wakes up with headaches. Dr Yash is a legend and his staff are fantastic.
