Dr Ernst is truly one of a kind, after 15 years with him I honestly believe I will not find a better doctor, he is extremely thorougher, knowledgeable, caring, warm and understanding in every sense. Your care and commitment to patients naturally oozes from you. You truly know how to make people feel comfortable and at ease. Your everything anybody could wish for in a doctor your knowledge and care will be extremely missed i wish both yourself and Estelle the very best for the furture you have watched me grow up over the years through my highs and lows and I'm utterly devastated to say goodbye. You both are such lovely, kind and beautiful people you both will be dearly missed I wish you the best of luck.

The staff is really impolite, disrespectful and don’t have any respectful with kids and mums. If you have a kids don’t go there. Apparently the receptionist hate kids.

Best GP I have ever been to, has helped my family and I since we arrived in Australia, you are always welcomed as if you are family here and the care that they take in helping you is outstanding.

Phoned to make an appointment and receptionist advised she will phone back to confrim availability. Had to phone her back 4hr later to be told they will not see me as it has been more than 2yr since last visit. Could have told me when i first called and not wast my time.

We are very blessed to have such beautiful people to turn to when we require medical attention. Thank you for excellent service, care and advice.

Was recommend try to get appointment for my son was told can't see him today as he hasn't been there before but can have one tomorrow not happy

We have been visiting Dr Eiselen for more than 5 years.
Our experience of Dr Eiselen has always been very positive. We never felt that he was in a hurry to see his next patient. Thus, the practice is not managed like a sausage machine where patients are pushed through the system as quickly as possible.
Dr Eiselen is a very capable GP. He takes time to listen and get to the root of a problem. His years of experience, knowledge of his field and professional but warm conduct, means that you as a patient is well cared for.
Both me and my wife are very satisfied with the service and care that we have received from Dr Eiselen.
Furthermore, Clarkson Family Practice is managed by friendly and professional staff.
We do not hesitate to recommend to our friends.
