Clark Rubber

I purchased an Intex Salt Chlorinator which became faulty about a week or so after setting up. Clark Rubber Midland assured me the circumstances warranted replacement within days (less than a week) and told me they requested the supplier send me a replacement direct. 11 days later and they haven't responded to my request for an update, and obviously the pool water is now way out of balance and may need to be drained. They only gave me a few cups of chlorine for free, and sent me on my way to wait for the replacement unit. It's like they've wiped their hands of it, leaving it to the supplier to sort out. For all I know, the supplier may not want to replace it and nobody is updating me.
Consumer protection is my next step.

Worse service asked to take a piece of foam out side to see if it was suitable for the size I had, my vehicle was parked outside there door, was told nothing leaves the shop unless paid for, I tried to explain that it had to fit my motorcycle seat regarding thickness was told in no uncertain terms that it would not leave premises untill paid for, my vehicle was parked at there door, shop assistant was having a power trip told me take it or leave it. I walked out not only did they loose a customer, I was also looking to buy foam mattress. No wonder shop can't keep staff I strongly suggest you take your money elsewhere

New owners, new era of poor service. I wasn't greeted when I walked in. Had to seek out for help by less that enthusiastic staff would just standing behind the counter ignoring paying clients. Very disappointing considering the old way it used to be run, I had hopes but they have been let down.

Waited half an hour for someone to help which I was okay with. I was quoted $400 for the foam I wanted and when I went to the counter to pay I was told the amount was actually $550 because the person had quoted wrong. Very disappointing considering I felt $400 was very overpriced to begin with.

I was welcomed in a kind manner by a young man named Jamie as I needed some foam to be cut. The man was very polite and helpful and was extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Clark Rubber Midland!

Sadly the Midland store has gone down hill. The staff never want to serve you. The "sales manager" is rude and condescending towards customers and other staff. AND She gave me chemicals for my pool I actually didn't need. I ended up travelling to Jandakot to get the customer service I'm used to. Midland will no longer have my patronage or my families. I'd I could give it 0 stars i would.

I had friendly service when in store. I put some products on back order with payment as they didn’t have enough of the product in stock on December 3. Was told it would be a week or two for delivery. Kept phoning after two weeks with no contact from Clark Rubber. Simply told “not here yet” no one attempted to locate the product. One month after ordering I hadn’t been called so I contacted Clark Rubber. I was told it might arrive end of January. No concern from shop staff. The delay is holding up a construction job. Will be seeking a refund and taking my business elsewhere. If initial delivery estimate was 8 weeks I would not have back ordered product.

Great Service Very Helpful Staff Understood what I needed and at a Price Better than I expected

Worst customer service ever. I purchased a pool online through 'click and collect'. When I went to pick it up (a three hour drive one way), it wasn't available. The person at the shop guaranteed I'd have a refund within two days. This was on the 26th of December. Now, on the 5th of January.and after 3 calls to customer service, I've been assured I will have a representative contact me as soon as possible. I'm still waiting for that call AND my refund. Would I recommend Clark Rubber? No. Thanks a bunch, thanks for nothing!

I have experienced excellent customer service at Clark Rubber in Midland when I needed a new mattress cut. Staff have been extremly helpful and have gone out of their way to get it done straight away. It was much appreciated!

Thank you to Corrinne and Mike for exceptional service. They supplied us with a very co, fortable new mattress for our caravan. We then had to get it trimmed which was done while we waited, Corrinnes advice was much appreciated and enabled us to make the right decision. Can not recommend Clark Rubber Midland more highly. Well done all.

Awesome service, purchased a hi density 3 fold mattress for my camp trailer. Very comfortable

Initially I purchased the wrong size, and like I often do: did not keep the receipt. Called and explained my situation the next day.

A very helpful staff member took the details of my item (still in its case unused) she found the purchase in the system. Then organized a replacement for the next size down with a credit.

Amazing staffing! I went in yesterday to get some foam offcuts for safety padding because the youth group that I work with needed it for one of our programs. The manager very nicely donated it to me for free. Their customer service and generosity astounded me. Great work Clark Rubber Team!
