Clark Rubber

Went into the bunbury CR store today with all intentions of buying an above ground pool and looking to spend about $20,000. We walked out with our money because the lack of knowledge wasnt great and in the end the customer service was terrible after having to wait 20mins half way through being served, while others were served. We in the end, gave up waiting and walked out. I dont mind waiting if super busy, but they weren't and the 2 other staff could have handled it fine.

We were also told the steps we wanted were $6000 but when we left and looked it up ourselves later, the price was less then $2000. Anyhow, we decided to order through a different brand just due to this service. We were extremely disappointed as we were very excited to order our pool and upgrades when we first started.

Really great customer service from the sales team and the manager! Good advice given, attention detail and made us feel valued. Cheers!

This is the worst business to deal with in Bunbury customer service was shocking, quick to take cash and the no refund policy? Its a joke!

What amazing service, we needed help with out pool and the Manager, Kellie, was full of knowledge, and gave us everything we needed to know about how to properly care for our pool without a lot of extra cost. Obviously has heaps of experience. Highly recommend using Clark Rubber for all your pool needs, free water sample and advice, can't go wrong.

I went in yesterday to buy a pool item, the staff were very friendly and helpful, got exactly what I wanted. When we walked in we were greeted with a smile and came straight over to help. After reading some of these review's im left scratching my head and thinking i must of been in a different shop, no complaints here! Thank you for a great experience

I drove in to Bunbury from a fair distance away to try get a small piece of mattress foam cut to size to fit my caravan and I received great advice and customer service.

The Rudest staff member I've yet to come across, making unfounded accusations towards customers!
How does this store survive! Believe all previous bad reviews.

Really poor experience on our visit to the Bunbury WA store Sunday lunchtime to purchase products in their just released Catalogue - be nice to have stock available but alas not to be - why advertise something that is not available?

Have been looking for a pool pump but after reading the recent reviews in here, I have been put off completely. Pretty scathing!

I can now see why these reviews are so terrible. Firstly the young man who served me couldn't help enough and nothing was too much trouble. Then, after such good service, I was told by a staff member she would try to fit my brand new flat matress in her car. I asked please do not do that as I didn't want it damaged or folded I would rather that not happen and then being spoken over by staff on the phone so rudely that I told them I would just forget the whole thing and leave my new matress there. Hundreds of dollars lost but I will not be treated so disrespectfullly. This isn't the customer service Bunbury deserves. Lesson learned. Check reviews first.

Just got knocked back from a refund for a bamboo mattress protector. Last week I discussed the type of protector I wanted - one that zipped up. Staff showed me the type they used to sell which I said was exactly what I wanted with the zip. She told me they don't make that fabric type anymore but they have others. I believe I was clear that I wanted it to zip up. Why didn't the staff say they do not stock zipped protectors anymore, then I could have walked out. But she took me to those they sell and advised me to get the bamboo. Picked it up yesterday only to find on opening it didn't zip. Took it back today but she refused to give me a refund because I'd opened the pack and found it different to what I thought I was buying. She refused to refund the money and she did not provide customer service. On the two occasions I dealt with her she was extremely abrupt with an aggressive tone. I am so annoyed that this staff did not assist me with my requirements in the first instance. Receives one star only because I can't post otherwise.

Brought my pool water in today for checking. Got served quickly and great help with what I need (as well as a lift to the car with the pool salt) Thanks

Excellent customer service at every visit, super helpful team & even helped me at the last minute on Christmas Eve doing a call out to get my pool sorted. Highly recommend

Staff are not cosiderate, i paid a pillow for 329$. I only realize when im in the park ready to drive home. I went back to ask for a refund but they said no refund policy. It's only 2 mins, maybe 20 steps from the counter, i beg the staff and said i'm sorry i was wrong but still did not refund.i used my card to pay the item not cash thats why i did not realize how much i pay, only when i see the reciept but it's already paid. My wife try to talk to them too hoping female to female talk will be good but still they raise thier voice.
Hoping it will not happen to other costumer.

We travelled from Perth to deal with this branch of Clark rubber. We received awesome customer service nothing seemed too difficult and any questions asked were answered and if staff did not know the answer they went out of their way to find the answers. We did go to numerous Clark rubbers around us but their customer service was lacking and no where near the standard of customer service we received from Bunbury. We will be back for other purchases your service is great
