Great parking with contactless free in your first 3 hours stay. They are advance in the plate number recognition for a contactless parking. You need to note for your rego when getting out though but still contactless entry and exit.

The Claremont Quarter is a well designed Shopping Centre from a variety of shops. It’s easy to walk around and the new parking system there have got in place is excellent. Than the previous one where you had to take a ticket.

Watch out where you park, difficult finding one anywhere near and could not find the entry to the shopping area undercover car park. Ended up going down a one way street wasn't marked at the intersection.

We got flooded out at saint quentins Kitchen 50mm of water flowing in outdoor area? The complex appeared to have no drainage. Car park was flooded as well, poor design

I was extremely disappointed with the discrimination I faced at Professionails in Claremont Quarter on 21st Aug. I am a 72 asian grandmother. Perhaps I looked too haggard and was not to the standard as other patrons in the parlour at the time. Or my spoken english (2nd and limited) did not please the young person who serve me. The shameful and humiliation I faced at this store is AGE DISCRIMINATION. Halfway through my nails being done the young man ask me to settle the account in full without finish the job. I was well dress and well manner and to single me out when others in the store did not need to do this is a shameful and discriminatory act. I will wish the young people there a long life so that they themselves can experience this type of humiliation when they are of my age. For the rest of my existence I will tell everyone of your cruelness towards old people.

Plenty of windows to view; some displays are very creative & inspiring. T2 IS OVERRATED & EXPENSIVE. Coles staff very friendly & helpful as usual, especially the Asian ladies. The hair salons are limited for men. There is Lucianos if you desire a standard style (convict crop) but the other salons mostly cater for women & are outrageously exclusive & expensive. The coffee shops looking a little 'dog eared' & tired today. There doesn't appear to be a comfortable & private coffee shop available where one can sit privately in peace & enjoy a quiet moment. I guess there is no Cafe Tortoni (Buenos Aires) here! The plants next to the juice shop upstairs need a water but overall and all things considered this a reasonable yet average shopping experience.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Kim at customer service / guest services desk. She went above and beyond in returning my husbands lost wallet, sending a letter to our home as there was no phone number. Thank you for your help.

Had fun, person tried to steal a bike (at least that was what people were saying). Not an issue as he was caught very fast. Just make sure to keep your bikes locked up AS YOU SHOULD.

A great range of shops to suit all tastes. Really enjoyed the shopping mall. Very clean and relaxing to shop here. A good shopping precinct for the whole family.

Went for a look through the shops, definitely clean and accessible. But stores have staff that just wait and not try to help.

Professionail at Claremont: Lovely staff and my nails look lovely but the chairs u sit on are so old that the sponge is showing through the lining and there is zero hygiene. Nail files are not cleaned between clients and they share nail brushes between themselves as they go right in front of clients. I was mortified: (feel bad leaving a bad review as they all work so hard but the management needs to have better hygiene and get some new chairs.

Went there to buy a mouse and mouse pad in JBHiFi. Claremont quarter hosts diverse stores, e.g. Coles, Koko Black, JBHiFi, EB Games, Telcos, fashion stores, tea store, coffee shops, etc. You can consider it as a one stop shopping center for your daily needs.

Plenty of available parking makes life easier. Pretty high tech in that regard, with lights to indicate available parking spaces. Daughter was attending school nearby, so became a regular haunt

Car parking at a non peak period was terrible, would hate to be there when it was actually busy. Very little info on where shops are if you've never been there before

The only thing I would improve is parking availability during busy hours. However, it is extremely convenient to navigate to an empty car bay using the light system inside the shopping centre car park.

Claremont Quarter is a beautiful clean shopping mall with a variety of retail and produce stores. There’s also a good selection of places to grab a bite, my favourites being Grill’d and The Coffee Club. Would recommend and come back again soon.

Seriously. Its like all the shops here agreed to not welcome non whites.
How shameful.
When I saw other reviews saying the same, I knew I wasn't imagining it.

Great Shopping Centre with Many Options Clean And well Presented. Parking Is Ok But Remember Where U Park Easy To Get Lost.

I absolutely dread going there! Absolutely chaotic, crazy, crammed, crowded and pretentious. For all of you out there who need to get simple errands done, like going to the post office, buying groceries, or going to Bunnings.this monstrosity of an "elite" quasi-shopping center, part essential shopping, part window-leisurely shopping is just NOT the place. I suppose the idea is to be the "Beverly Hills" of WA.well, that simply doesn't work.there is no hardware store, or a tailoring/alterations store! There might exist a food gourmet store, perhaps.this is mostly a pretentious place! Parking is a problem, crowd is a problem and of course service! The worst customer service ever! I can never find parking, and when I do I have to drag my full cart all the way to my car, going through difficult warped uneven alleys. It is just a very very unpleasant experience. I live in Claremont and it was very convenient to run all my errands here, BUT I have decided to take all my business elsewhere! I would rather drive much further away to avoid all this!
