A few years ago, I requested a colonoscopy from my local GP (for over 15 years) at the Claremont Medical Centre. I was told that I did not need one - despite being over 60 and never had one before. A few years later, I am now under cancer treatment after having major surgery, three weeks in hospital, and a 7cm tumour removed from my large intestine (which I was informed by specialists had been there for years), and I am currently undergoing chemotherapy. The prognosis looks good, but I wonder how the outcome would have been much different if that requested colonoscopy had been actioned from my initial request.

Terrible experience. Error is system had me waiting for over an hour, asked several times and receptionist lied to me rather than confirming error in system, doctor bulked billed several patients in front of me, however, refused to do for me despite terrible customer service. Won’t attend again, will also be going to Cottesloe medical centre.

. Dr Seal is an excellent physician and so professional. The support staff are also very helpful and professional. It is a great medical practice, and one other members of my family use. I highly recommend this clinic!

Doctors here are good but they charge you fully for every single appointment, no matter if it's telehealth results or repeat referrals, whatsoever! My doctor requested for booking an appointment for abnormal results. I had a 5-minute telehealth appointment and had to pay the full amount while it says on their website that telehealth repeat referrals and results are fully bulk billed!

Sylvia, on reception, is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Awful phone manner. Incredibly off putting.

Doctor Dhanya Janardhan was a wonderful doctor and very welcoming.
But the reception staff are very rude and acting like as if we owe them and treatin the patient like some homeless people very racist. You should for sure change the reception staff or the way they talk to people visiting.horrible experience with reception.

Very satisfied and impressed with the service I've received from Claremont Medical Centre. The doctors I've seen at the centre have all been excellent
In particular the, Telehealth consultations with Dr Jas Narulla were extremely helpful, both when I was overseas.and in Perth.
The Center Manager, Mr. Barrie Turnbull is prompt and efficient with correspondence, very grateful for his assistance.
I cannot recommend Claremont Medical Center highly enough, , I'm impressed and thankful for their service.

Really bad reception service.

Made a telehealth appointment with my gp today at 12: 15pm but I didn’t get any call at all.

I’ve called the reception at around 1pm, the lady told me to keep waiting, I asked her if she can just give my gp a notice that it was pretty late. She refused and said “I’m sure your gp will call you very soon. ”

Now its 2: 32pm, didn’t get any call back and had to call reception again, another lady told me my gp has already left? And she asked if i wanna talk to another gp but it’s gonna cost me extra…

Never going back again and please train the reception people properly.

Great doctors and not too long wait times but one of the medical receptionists Sylvia was very rude to me and seemed annoyed at having to do her job. Bit disappointed as usually have good experiences at Claremont Medical Centre.

The older lady with above shoulder dark brown hair who dealt with us Wednesday morning at 8.15am, as we walked in, was the most impatient and grumpy lady, she greeted us with a nasty tone and raised her voice at my partner for taking more than 5 mins to fill out the form. We are a younger couple. I then asked her if they had any wheelchairs or crutches for hire as my partner has a refractured toe, she pulled a face and replied with a short "no we don't. " We then found out later through doctor Seal that we could in fact hire them just upstairs, this woman did NOT mention any of this and just brushed us off. I don't usually write reviews but that was the last straw, she was VERY unhelpful. When the consult was done, instead of going to her, we lined up to get served by Rae, a beautiful, lovely, kind woman. She made sure we felt unrushed as I transferred through money and was amazing.

I'd like to point out that Rae and Doctor Seal were incredibly helpful. We were very happy with their willingness to help us and bedside care. We will definitely be coming back to see Dr Seal for future consults.

The doctors should tell their patients what they are planning on doing, that is sending samples to the lab etc.so you would know that you are going to get invoiced from another firm

The Doctors that I have seen are good and do what needs to be done but always with an eye on the clock so at times you feel like you are being rushed somewhat. If they are running late they appear to be cutting your time down to get back on track. The receptionist is rude and does not seem to appreciate that this is a private practice which means people are paying for a service for which they have a choice, she has all the attributes of someone who believes she is doing you a favour. She needs some training to provide a reasonable customer experience. At the end of the day all you can do is vote with your feet.

Appointments generally on time, Dr Jas Narulla is the best at Botox & Fillers. I don’t trust anyone else and highly recommend his services.
Never feel pressured to have any procedures & his opinion is always honest and fair, not out to make money like a lot of cosmetic consultations I’ve had at other practices.

Good and prompt medical advice.
Support services need to lift their game. Doctor send an email with a link that needed a password via SMS. Did not receive password. Now the link has expired.

Our score is based solely on the treatment Dr Singh is giving to my sick wife, he is a very caring professional and one of the best doctors we have come across. We are so lucky to have found him. Thanks very much Dr Singh for your help and understanding during this difficult time for us.

A good medical centre with great doctors. Dr. Christina Wang is very knowledge, proactive and probably the best doctor I have worked with. She’s ensures I stay healthy and assists in preparing my body for running competitions.

My partner and I have been seeing Dr Wright for many many years. He is prompt, extremely friendly, up to date with medical procedures and research and very professional. My partner in particular sings his praise in appreciation for his sense of urgency regarding medical issues she's had in the past.

Christina Wang not only told me mistruths (causing major anxiety), but tried to cover her tracks by calling me back telling me it was a misunderstanding. I certainly would not recommend this GP. I called up other drs to substantiate what she told me, and was told by two independent drs, the information she gave me was wrong.
On the other hand there are some fabulous Gps at this facility, Dr Anne Hales, and Dr Campbell. They give full attention and give genuine objective advice. I would give this two drs five stars.

I booked an appointment with Dr Patricia Kelly 17.05.19 at 16: 15 for my daughter. Though we arrived by 16: 10, we had to wait for endless 90 minutes. I found doctor Kelly absolutely useless, since she cannot manage her working time but more importantly she was unable to diagnose even sore throat.
The second thing I was unhappy why 2 girls on a reception couldn't inform me prior arriving that doctor was far behind her schedule. I head a few exuses from them, but now I won't trust them.
