Absolutely wonderful! Empathetic and clear communication. Actually listen to the customer and provide customer service. Nathaniel was outstanding accommodating my needs as he listened and responded thoughtfully to my concerns that items ordered may not arrive prior to Christmas. We established a back up plan (which wasn't needed) and my confidence in Nathaniel's ability and the store overthrew my initial concerns. Thank you so very much Nathaniel, my items arrived today (three days early) and are perfect! First time customer. Matt who was serving us on the day was super knowledgeable on Pokémon cards! His advice was very helpful and me and my friends got some really good value. Highly recommend!

I have made a total of 3 purchases from this store so far but one purchase exceeded expectations. When only 1 out of 2 items arrived at my door I thought to myself "Well that's not right. The tracking match so they should be in one package. " I immediately contact them and they state that the package was meant to be placed aside on Thursday to find the last item before shipping out, but looks like the guys packing missed that.

So what do they do? They find the item and deliver it themselves to my door, no extra charge. Can't be mad about that.

Used to visit the old Malaga store often, sad they don’t do movie rentals anymore, but their new selection of board games is absolutely awesome! Same friendly staff members as before who are always up for a chat.

Great communication all the way, they packed it yesterday (21/10/21) here by 9 o'clock the next morning.

Friendly and helpful staff wide range of DVDs and accessories. Nearly gave it 5 stars, however, one is rarely that generous.

They claim new store new name, however they are still the same knock offs lol such a bad experience with their team. NOT an attack on your Team Clayton so dont get all passive towards me. Maybe your team and yourself need to attend some professional development and communication courses. Instead of being so rude when a customer that does not know what they are after is asking to you goes a simple question in which i was told was a silly question and they had a silly smirk across there face. I do apologise i do not know about toys as much as you guys however being told it was a stupid question is downright appalling. Wont be coming back here again.

Clayton came into our store a while back, twice, and wanted products for free so he could have them in his store.
When we explained to him that we don't give things away he gave us a one star rating and a negative review.
