2Fantastic well looked after apartment in a great location! The studio apartments are in an older building that have been renovated with full kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, queen bed, couch, table (for 4) and TV, plus all you need. The majority of the complex are long-term residents and private owners, with a few of the apartments being owned by City Gate. It is in a safe location, with easy walking distance to the City, Kings Park and bus/train terminals. Well priced (especially if you plan to be in Perth for at least a week), with the only catch being that you need to clean the apartment yourself before you check-out. Overall, a great deal.
Stayed at the apartment for a month. Clean apartments in perfect location within free bus zone. The owners are very helpful and accommodating. Very good value for the price. Highly recommended.
