The staff are great at advising customers of the best products to solve various problems for example we need an ant free feeding bowl for our cats. The staff on duty advised the most appropriate and cost effective solution which saved us 55% of our initial order and has worked perfectly
Also they are experts at recommending the most appropriate food for fussy pets or pets with health issues.
Petbarn is an excellent provider of quality pet food products and equipment for your faithful friends
I always feel confident about going to this store and buying quality products

City Farmers in Willetton is an amazing store to visit for all your pet needs. The only pets I have are tropical fish, but the range of products for fish, cats, dogs etc is extensive and easy to navigate. Their prices are very reasonable. Best of all and why I support this store, is that the customer service is outstanding. I find the staff are always enthusiastic helpful and knowledgeable, areas lacking with staff in many of my other retail experiences these days! Thank you City Farmers Willetton.

Amazing and wonderful - my cats were thrilled to get "Ezi-LockOdour" Dual Layer Litter System! City Farmers were wonderful and assisted me as I raced home to set things up. A special thank you - City Farmers, Willetton. Everyone should have one!

Great staff with friendly pet bird at the checkout. Good range and a loyalty program actually worth joining. Always clean. Spacious isles for you to easily manouver the trolly.

Some variety, They're quite expensive compared to other pet shops. Otherwise some discounts come with the royalty card, so you save some.

For the last few weeks they'd been matching another pet store's member price for my dog's food. I went on Thursday and now they won't! Not on, City Farmer's Willetton! I've called and left messages for the manager twice, and went in again, but still haven't been able to talk to them. It's been 4 days. I won't be back. You should be competitive in order to keep your customers. And your price-match policy sucks when other stores don't sell the exact same brand.

I always buy my dog Ruffy's food here. If I buy a new sample and it doesn't suit my dog's taste, they exchange it anytime.

Lots of supplies for almost every pet you can think off. Fish are not the best quality for the above average prices.
