City Farmers / Petbarn Baldivis

Always have the items I'm looking for in stock, staff are friendly and helpful and it's really nice to be able to bring my leashed dog in with me when shopping.

The girls at the grooming salon always do a great job on our Samoyed, which is a big job due to his double coat. We have tried a few different groomers over the years but he always looks the best after a groom at pet barn.

Toby was booked in at 1pm, I went back at 4 to discover he had only been washed, and could be another hour. He was stuck in a small cage.
They had booked at least 4 other dogs for the same time.
I will NOT be going back.it cost me $35.

Teddy always comes back from the grooming service looking Amazing and I know the team look after him so well, Teddy is always happy when we pick him up after the service. We'll done team!

I mostly go to Petbarn Baldivis, the staff are all friendly towards myself, hubby and our doggo, they are always helpful, available and knowledgeable. Hannah in the grooming section has done the best groom ever on our Spoodle Bailey and he is a nervous boy and she is just so lovely and patient with him. I couldn't ask for better service, very happy customer. (Only thing is the grooming prices are quiet expensive and recently went up more).

First time shopper and would highly recommend Baldivis City Farmers to anyone. Amazing customer service and product knowldge its definitely my go to store for all my pets needs.

We had Wally washed and groomed by Hannah and she was fantastic. Not only was the cut exactly what we wanted (not too short but nicely neatened up) but Wally was so happy when we went to pick him up. The other staff were also really nice and gave him a cuddle on the way out and some treats. Definitely going back.

Staff were friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. All questions were answered and relevant information was given so I could solve problem with aquarium. Thank you

The staff are absolutely awesome, so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, they always go out of their way to do everything they can to make a visit the best experience.
The range of products available is excellent.
The grooming team are lovely, very kind and gentle, especially appreciated with our older dogs. Our fur family look great after grooming and are really happy to be there too.

Heather was absolutely amazing when we did our first big shop for our new puppy coming in 6 weeks! She ensured we got our new puppy pack with lots of goodies, we considered all options for different products and made recommendations for everything. Heather's service couldn't be faulted and we will be visiting again once we have our new puppy! AMAZING.

Was served by the store manager who despite being busy, took time and care to advise me with my barking dog problem. Definitely coming back despite the extra distance from home.

The team at city farmers Baldivis are so wonderful and always so polite. The store Manager makes every visit hilarious and fresh. I wouldn't visit another store as the baldivis team are so knowledgeable and provide great advice on all their stock.

City farmers has always impressed me with the friendly staff and large range of food, toys, and treats for your fur, scaled or feather baby.
It's also worth signing up for the free membership, with its included monthly discounts on food and points system.

Had a terrible experience with the manager after requesting a refund for an item I had already discussed returning with a staff member. The manager was very rude and demeaning, they not only dismissed me without listening, they actually mocked the fact that I couldn't see very well, after I had told them that my eyesight wasn't great. This is not a reflection of the rest of the staff as they were helpful and polite when I purchased the item. The manager informed me that they would not accept the item back, I asked to speak with someone else and was informed that "they were the store manager and it doesn't get much higher than them. " Actually it does, not only did I speak with the area manager, they fully reimbursed me, a return I was absolutely entitled to and they came to my home to do it. I appreciate the steps the area manager made to rectify the situation. It would seem that any of the current staff members could step into the manager's shoes and do a more professional job, they obviously know the store's procedures better than the current manager.
