City Farmers / Petbarn East Victoria Park

I only recently discovered this branch of City Farmers and must say, I like to visit whenever I'm in the Vic Park area, and, I'm sure my dog loves it when I do. For him, it's like Christmas when I arrive home, because I always find some lovely new treats to buy him at a great price.

And, the staff are always so friendly & welcoming, from the minute you walk in the door, & they're more that happy to 'ooh & aah' at doggy pictures.

Worth visiting just to get your pet complimented

Went in to grab a bag of dog food, ended up having a great chat with the staff and scored a few bonus discount vouchers. Plus they had a kitty cat.

Such a great pet supplies shop with staff that genuinely care. A special thanks to Pier for her help today advising me on heat pads to rehabilitate wildlife. Her level of care and helpfulness was above and beyond! It’s this sort of treatment that has made me a loyal customer at city farmers:)

Great selection of things for your dog/cat/fish. Staff are helpful when you need them and easy parking around the back.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Doesn't seem to have the range that bigger stores have but my two four legged fur family never go hungry

Very helpful and friendly staff! I stopped there because it was on my way while I usually buy our pet food in another store and the lady even helped me carrying the food out to the car - despite the rain. Really nice great customer service!

I feel like I am the crazy fish lady who comes in daily but this store just has a pleasant vibe to it that I prefer to get products here whenever I happen to pass by (often!).

They have incredibly friendly, helpful and honest staff. The place is always kept nice and tidy. I had a bit of trouble with some female bettas and one goldfish but the rest have had no issues. Their selection of fish is small but decent; they are one of the smaller City Farmers.

At least they do there research they won't sell you fish you shouldn't have because Belmont will, it's just called knowledge or looking on there computers.

Adopted a kitten from here. Great service from staff and the shop has a great variety of stock.

Always great service especially from a girl called Christel. All staff know exactly what they are talking about and are super friendly. Always get recommended the best products for my pets.

Staff hit and miss, seem to have gone downhill in last few months. All staff should be on same page regarding discounts for buying food each month. Some insist you need the card voucher, some will look your info up on the system. Frustrating when you get a mixed response each time. Improve your systems and staff training.

A small shop, stocking pet supplies. Vic Park City Farmers is not a place I would usually go for pet things, I was just in the area. It is quite a small store but it did stock a lot of things for dogs. They had cat condos where members of the public could interact with shelter cats for adoption. It's a good store if you know what's there, but it's not particularly good or bad. Good variety and if you need something ordered the staff are generally very helpful and will order things in for you.

Small selection but very conveniently located pet store. Good for a quick shopping for treats, toys and pet food.

Great service and advice. Just pooch didn't get offered a treat as is usual protocol in other stores!

These guys always greet us with a warm hello when we get there, offer help without being too pushy and have even offered to take stuff to my car when I've had small kids with me. Always a pleasure going to this store
