City Farmers / Petbarn Bedford

I found most of their products quite expensive & the single dog treats was virtually empty. However they did have a good range of xmas gifts/treats.

I am very happy buying my pet food there as I can go in anytime and can find the pet food I want.

Sophie is great at customer service and amazingly helpful. Definitely an example of how to keep customers coming back.

An 85 year old woman who was looking for a bird cage does not need to be lectured by some rude young girl about hiw cruel it is to keep birds in a cage. This person should not be allowed to rant to an elderly lady who just wants some company. Absolutely disgraceful.

Stopped by to buy bird seed for two breeding parrots, had infected bird seed. Took pictuee as I was throwing bag out, was confused as one sign said Pet City, another said City Farmers.

Store was clean and tidy, and had everything l needed for my new puppy. There helpful staff was very friendly.

I got 6 demanding guinea pigs and they devore constantly hey, this place my guineas will call heaven, lots of nice hay in practica hey bales.

Really disappointed from the staff, no knowledge about the products, no experience, no customer service, definitely no smile, I’ve got told to read the description

Very good pet store. I don't goto many but this one has a few items I can't find elsewhere locally

I shop a lot here (normally at the Subiaco branch) and spend a lot of money, and I have to say the staff at this particular branch are so rude and unhelpful. Will avoid this location from now on.

Booked a mobile dog wash through City Farmers Bedford site and had David come wash our dogs at home. What a great service! David was brilliant! And our dogs are so fluffy and clean now and loved their treats:)

Needs work around the fish n likes. Always good specials.

Feel sorry for the Galah he is showing signs of boredom and stress always nipping his foot

My local for bones, food and treats for my dog.
Always friendly and plenty of help and I can bring her in for a walkabout.

The staff were very friendly and they helped me replace my cat's favourite toy- he won't play with anything else, now he's so happy

Not great for parking and staff polite but not overly helpful or friendly. Usually only one checkout hence only one staff member working.

I take my Frenchie's here for the treats and food staff are friendly and helpful and can help you with what ever you need for your fur babies

Love this store. Love the staff! I walk in say what I want in the 15kg bags and they walk out and put it in the car for me. They are happy to set up the bags so that it is easy to get them out once I'm home and unloading. Love their work!

Always very helpful and knowledgeable! They take the time to help me and carry heavy things for me and look up my previous purchases when I can't remeber what I last purchased for my pets. Troy is particularly helpful and pleasant.

These guys are super helpful and always work to get me what I need! Troy is always polite and goes the extra mile to help out! Always shows me the best food, treats and medication for my cats!
