City Chic DFO Perth

Hey team,
I just wanted to write in and say how amazing Chaeli and Tash at the DFO store were. Both ladies were amazing, as soon as I entered the store they were friendly and welcoming. They showed fantastic customer service and a willingness to help me out. I keep coming back to this store as good customer service is sometimes very hard to find.

Partner went there to get clothes she was dissapointed in the lack of good looking clothes. She found the styles at the store to be shapeless and ugly conpared to other City Chic stores. When we left DFO we went to the Cannington City Chic store and shoped there

My 15yo daughter & I dropped into the Mandurah Forum City Chic at around 4pm Sunday 4th July & we bought 7 outfits for my daughter that aren't shorts & oversized t-shirts. The sales lady was amazing, she was able to coerce my daughter into the change rooms (which I haven't been able to do in 3 years) & she proceeded to get her to try on actual dresses! For the first time in years my daughter has dresses hanging in her wardrobe. Forever grateful to the genuine sales lady that gave my daughter the confidence to not only try on the outfits but gave her styling tips. The best shopping experience we have had in years. The girls were lovely and I got some great bargains. I would recommend City Chic DFO because they had a lot more to choose from than the normal stores.

Went there with my wife to find her a Winter Jacket. The customer service that we received was excellent and even found a jacket my wife liked.

Very Bad service argon, non helpful staff.if you want to only exchange a faulty item with receipt and tag.they won't just because it was on sale. No more city Chic be careful. Forever new is much better

Woman at the counter was absolutely delightful, so polite and helpful even though the store was extremely busy! Will definitely be going back!

Such a wonderful experience last week with great staff. Highly commend them for their courtesy and making me feel so welcome and looked after. 100% would reccommend to my friends!

I just went and purchased a dressy casual top at city chic dfo, lovely clothing but I took offence to the way my husband was treated he was only helping me out and when it was time to try things on he was told to sit and don't go out the back. No explanation to why, I was ready to walk out of the store maybe a little more tack towards customers that bring their partners in of the oposit sex.i have purchased a few items from the dfo store and my husband wasn't treated like this the last time.

The ladies at this store are great and friendly. The one lady really helped me pick out something for my Xmas do. And I'm not a girly girl either. She was very helpful and honest. Will definitely be coming back here
