A huge Shout Out to "Donna" for her Amazing Customer Service at City Chic Rockingham.
When you walk into any store, approached with a smile & can I help you.you already feel good but to then have the sales assistant go above and beyond with assisting your needs or wants for an outfit is absolutely AMAZING.

I am a very fussy chic with an awkward body shape smaller up top and larger down bottom. To find an outfit that is actually flattering or fitting is a challenge every single time I go shopping.

Donna helped from every aspect.
I not only walked out with a full outfit, jacket, strapless bra and accessories to match but it actually made my partner say "Wow You Look Amazing" and that alone is the best feeling.

Just when I thought I was done Donna also took a further few moments to steam out any crinkles and make my outfit ready to impress!

I truly am one very happy customer whom believes you deserve credit for your awesomeness!

Eleisha was absolutely amazing! She spent so much time with me to get me the right sizes in multiple pairs of pants and bras. She was very knowledgeable about the products and help me choose what would best suit my body/shape. The ladies are amazing and let you have space and are not pushy but also are very knowledgeable and helpful. They know their stuff and know what each peice of clothing can do to enhance your figure. Love it.

The lovely ladies bent over backwards with there wonderful service. They not only are cheerful but they can pick the perfect outfit for you i have seen them do this with clothes that you would never pick when you see them on the hanger but when you put them on they are amazing. Its a great shop with fantastic quality and choice but the staff are the icing on the cake. Go in and let them guide you I think you might be in for a impressive experience. 7/12/22

Fantastic range. Quality garments. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who took the time to show me pieces which would flatter my body shape. Will definitely be making this a regular- the prices are very reasonable also

Ash and the girls are very helpful and very good at their job. I had a formal wedding to attend and must have tried on every single dress available in the shop. The girls are happy and polite with great suggestions and information on different styles and looks. I definitely recommend city chic rockingham.

As usual City Chic Rockingham did not dissapoint when i came in today looking for a last minute wedding outfit. I had to come and leave a review in regards to the besutiful shop assistant Crystal.
She was amazing, friendly, very professional but totaly approachable. I felt super comfortable talking to her about what i did and did not want. She was totaly on the ball and helped me find an amazing outfit.
I went back in a little while later to take a second look at the bras she reccomended and yet again she was amazing. She reccomended a bra for what i wanted and she helped fit it perfectly and showed me how to adjust my bra and outfit in a way that i wouldn't have worked out on my own at home. So thank you, Crystal you are amazing!
