What an absolutely delightful shopping experience, the warmth, humour and genuine interest from Tammy put me at ease, it turned my terrible day into a happy one, and I left with a few beautiful items and much needed self esteem, I will definetly be back again, I felt and looked beautiful in my new bra and dresses.

I received the most wonderful service in store today from both girls on. They very clearly loved their jobs and their enthusiasm was contagious. I left the store feeling absolutely amazing so thank you so much girls, what a fabulous experience. I will most definitely be back because of it!

Great shopping experience! I was looking for a particular product, Mandy was so professional offered options and knew the stock well. I will definitely return to the Joondalup store again!

Had a wonderful experience in store yesterday. Steph made myself and the other lady in the dressing room feel comfortable and confident in our outfits. She is a real credit to the store and deserves the recognition. I am in love with the dress I chose and cannot wait to wear it out.

Today they went above and beyond, despite being super busy, to help my pick out the perfect dress for my husband's upcoming birthday! They were super friendly and very helpful and made me feel like an important customer!

I was served by Matilda (according to my reciept) today and my goodness! What an lovely human. She made me feel so welcome and helped me find exactly what I needed. Matilda checked if I needed anything while I was in the dressing room and then signed me up for a membership when I was paying for my item (and I never sign up for memberships because quite frankly I deem them unnecessary, but she sold me on it!). Her product knowledge was impeccable, we discussed the bras and their comfortability and she informed me ill be able to purchase any second bra half price

Today the lovely Steph at City Chic Joondalup made my day!
Infact she has made my month!
I have been STRUGGLING to find a bra to fit. I've looked in all of the obvious stores.you name it I've been there.and they simply do not have my size!
But today I popped into City Chic Joondalup and met Steph who immediately came to my rescue, gave me suitable options to try and helped me find two great bras.
Her service was efficient and fun yet very professional, amazing!

Most amazing service and the girls are just so lovely at the Joondalup store.
I have always just browsed in City Chic but the team at Joondalup goes above and beyond to show you how to wear the clothes and styles that suit you. I will now he making this one of my regular stores I shop from.

Hayley with the dark hair was very patient with me while I searched out a dress for my lovely wife. She made some very good suggestions and put me at ease because I was clearly out of my comfort zone.
