Disgusting service. I came in with my husband to try on a dress for a funeral. I told the lady in the changerooms i was looking for a funeral dress. My husband sat outside MY stall (Like we have done countless times) and then the changerooms staff told him he needed to leave or get in the change room with me. At first, I didn't completely mind, but then she started speaking VERY LOUDLY with another changeroom attendee as to why they do this. Saying that they ask the weirdos to get in the stall or leave so they won't look at women weirdly.

This logic is flawed. One: you shouldnt be getting out of the change rooms in bra and knickers anyway, I'm a girl and I don't want to see others ppls parts.

Secondly: they called my husband a weirdo.

Thanks for the terrible service, another horrible place for bigger girls to shop at. Not to mention the terrible upselling.

Discrimination is cool at city chic apparently.

I had the best shopping experience being dressed by Tanya today! I went in the store just looking & maybe buying 1 dress. Tanya was so amazing at fitting me out I walked out with 4 new amazing outfits that left me feeling a million dollars. The clothing is great quality & I have never received such amazing experience

A huge shout out to Tanya, who provided fast friendly, non pushy service and helped me when I wanted something suitable quick.

My friend and I went to city chic to buy one dress each, but ended buying 6 dresses lol

Clothes fit great but are more for nightlife than casual day to day wear. I went looking for casual day to day outfits and ended up spending $350 on dresses yet I have nowhere to wear them. The sales girls know exactly what they are doing
I wish they would offer more smart causal outfits but I would go here if you were looking for something special.

All the ladies are amazing here, but Tanya. What can I say Tanya is something else. Tanya could sell ice to an Eskimo. Her bra selling skills are exceptionally special. I went into buy just a dress.only a dress. Left with a dress, two bras and a whole new lease on life! Tanya was knowledgeable, helpful and she fully showcased what city chic bras are capable of and I don't know if I'll ever be able to wear any other bras again! Please give this gal a promotion AND a pay rise!

The staff at the Cannington store are exceptional, accommodating and very friendly without the pressure to buy anything.
Staff offered alternative options when I could not find the item I had viewed online.
The store has had a complete refurbishment and all of the items on display are like candy for your eyeballs.
I will always shop here.

The ladies at this store are awesome.
I didn’t catch her name, but whoever was in charge of the changing rooms was amazing. It was very busy at the time, lots of people in and out. She was great at helping me find some things and alternatives when sizings were out.

The most amazing ladies work at the Carousel store, they knew the products, had great customer service thoroughly enjoyed shopping there today.

Absolutely amazing staff, especially Tanya, the one in the black polka dot dress in her 30's, who helped my (Assistance Animal -biomonitor) parrot and I find the perfect dress to wear to a wedding, with a difficult colour scheme, then worked out which store had one in my size and had it held for me! 10/10 points and much kudos, Thankyou!

Store specializes in clothing for larger sized ladies, and all sizes are very very generous!

I went to buy a bra. I haven't worn one in years and was not hopeful about the outcome. The ladies who helped me had me fitted and comfortable in 15 minutes and I left feeling confident and valued as a plus-size woman and customer.

The shop itself is immaculate with a large range of bras and the changing rooms are very fancy!

The ladies were awesome to deal with. They understood what I was wanting. We're honest to tell me what looks better. Which I wanted and appreciated.

Good customer service. Their clothes are really lovely, a little more than I usually pay but appear to be great quality. It was just unfortunate I was unable to exchange the dress before the night I needed it.
