Great room very clean and comfortable, all the facilities we needed.
Service was good, very helpful reception.
Street noise was a little high from time to time but it is a main street

Ideal place to spend a few days in Perth. Spacious and very comfortable room and the perfect location. Very friendly treatment of the staff

I only stayed one night location was very convenient, check in time flexible with the reception area open 24 hours. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient. I hope to stay longer next time!

Very friendly staff at the check-in and checkout. Room and bathroom was big and clean. Convenient kitchenette and close to CBD. Very happy with the stay. Will come back.

Very middling experience in July 2023.
Front desk was friendly.
Rooms were a good size but note that the kitchen facilities are rather limited (no oven and few utensils). Even dishwashing soap is in sachets.
Housekeeping was not thorough. Bedside table had a bunch of visible dust, the moment you lift the tea bag it has dust in the tray beneath, and worst was the bath/jacuzzi - when you turn on the jets, some black specks (3mm across) come out.not sure if mould or dirt. Shower and sink were clean.
Location was great.

My room was spacious but without views. It was a little dated. The lady who checked me in at 730pm on 3rd July was friendly and efficient. The lady who checked me out at 730am on 4th July did not give me a ticket when I stored my luggage at the reception. She also told me that I could park in front of the hotel for a short time to load my luggage. In fact, it was a no stopping zone in the morning on weekdays. The location was the highlight of the stay. All in all, it was not good value for money and I will not choose this hotel when I visit Perth again.

Room complete with all of things. You got kitchen, microwave, toaster, utencils, bathtub and much more. Friendly staff over the counter. Bfast and dinner place just around the corner. Got room with no views, but its okay. I came for bussiness purpose.

Location is good and convenient. Building does not look impressive externally. But inside rooms are reasonably big. They also provided coffee pkts for us to prepare hot coffee but did not meet our expectation as too bitter. There is a kitchen which is well stocked up with cooking utensils.

I very much enjoyed my stay there, even though it was only one night, great location right in the middle of Perth city. And also a fantastic price.

Room clean and spacious. Very hard to find a park unless your paying for the convenience. Very close to the river for drinks and food.

The location is really the only thing this hotel has going for it. Staff weren’t unfriendly but certainly weren’t friendly or helpful (eg unable to provide advice on nearby parking or late night food options). The room was simple which is fine but was not well cleaned, with dirt in the corners of the floor and mold in the shower and bathroom sink. The ‘king’ bed was two singles pushed together and I was very confused that the doona did not have a cover father was placed between two flat sheets - so unhygienic! Would I stay again? No. Would I recommend to anyone else? No.

It was very difficult finding a Dog hotel in the city. This hotel was the best for my big dog and I. Good location for dog walking and dog toilets. Sabi at the front desk was very kind and everyone around welcomed us. The room was luxurious if your not perfect to the T. Shower was hot and utensils supplied. Bed was comfortable and dog bed too. I will use this hotel every time for my dog and I.

Location excellent. Room rather bland but spacious. Kitchen facilities very limited and kitchen bin could be bigger (it was the size of a bathroom bin. Staff were excellent, always obliging.

Great sized rooms. Very comfortable. Older style hotel. Small kitchenette. Location is excellent with 2 minutes walk to pubs, cafes, restaurants and His Majesty Theatre. Staff friendly and helpful. No restaurant. Will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Everything was really clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was great! Plus the staff were lovely, even got a bottle of wine for my birthday!

I never like to give bad reviews but decided it was important to warn others. There is a lot of misleading info provided, for example there is no gym at the property. The pictures are fake. This hotel has very different standards it seems than other Citadines properties I have stayed. It is more like a budget IBIS or commuter hotel than a CBD business hotel. The rooms have plastic chairs, no reading lights, a large florescent light bar over the desk, and the ceiling lights shine right in your eyes when in bed. The view outside many of the rooms is a wall. Like a commuter hotel, the room is modern but sterile and oddly the bathroom in my room hadn't been upgraded since, potentially, the 90s with old tiles and a broken tap. I also found the night staff were fine but the day staff were unfriendly and somewhat rude. The main positive is the location.

Walls are quite thin. Could hear the neighbours banging at night and another one talking in the morning when trying to sleep.

Room was spacious. Housekeeping not brilliant (quite dusty in places, and one of the supposedly clean towels was badly stained). Worst thing was the front desk staff, who almost all seemed disinterested and at times almost disdainful. It was a weird vibe.

Stole my bond without any word to me. Lost $200 for having a can I used for an ashtray outside in the bin in my room. Disgusted.

From the moment we wheeled in to Citadines St Georges Terrace, we were greeted by friendly professional staff. The hotel was clean and the accessible studio room was spacious with all the amenities you would expect. Centrally located I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable inner city hotel
