Cirrus8 is the market leading property accounting software package - so easy to use, and excellent people to deal with.

Complicated to use: don't understand why need to back a date for owners payment. There's not much space for putting notes on owners payment to remind for the next run. Not easy to follow tenant's payment transactions on lease page, rather open another separate page for tenant activity. Not flexible to change default auto email sender and CC addresses for arrears reminders.

Being a trust accountant and having used a handful of real estate software over the years, I can highly recommend Cirrus8. It is very easy to learn, feature packed and has improved efficiency, overall just making work so much easier. The support and dev team are great in assisting and considering our needs

Civium Commercial has been using TRACC/Cirrus8 now for over 6 years and have been extremely satisfied with the system and support staff.
