Circles on Fitzgerald

Sadly was not like the inspiration pic I wanted. Hair was cut extremely short with other issues with the style. Not happy unfortunately for the large price that was paid

I got a cut and style with Jem and she did an impeccable job. The care and attention to detail was incredible, she listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I was after. Thank you so much, I’m so happy with the outcome!

Amazing! Love the team at circles, they are so good at what they do - I recently went back to my natural very dark brunette from really light blonde and they took suck amazing care of my hair. Couldn’t recommend them enough

Caitlan is the best hairdresser I’ve ever been to. She provides a lot of information and explains different options in the consult that was easy for me to understand. She is also super knowledgeable and talented and perfects my blonde bob every time. All the other girls there are super nice and friendly too!

I have been going to Circles Fitzgerald for many years now and wouldn’t trust anyone else to colour and cut my hair! Jess and her team are always training and developing their skills and this reflects in their work. I have really fine hair and have been to many hairdressers for blow drys and no one else has been able to style my hair with a proper bouncy blow out especially getting that lift that I love at the roots. I watch the girls as they style my hair so I can copy them at home and they have a so many techniques up their sleeve. I colour my hair blonde and have been able to keep it long and in great condition!
I love that I’m greeted as soon as I walk in by the friendly staff and offered refreshments right as I sit down. Jess has a created a big, thriving business and she manages her team exceptionally!

My confirmation email had another girls name so I emailed asking for Jess again and the response was, "we have been trying to call you, she has left. " I know this is not true as my phone didn't ring once. I'm not sure what is considered "senior" these days but I expect someone much higher skilled and perhaps 15 years experience. Ella looked to be in her 1st 5 years, if that, perhaps 22 years old (not sure).
I went in thinking I was ìn good hands and trusting that this kind of money could only be charged as they were confident about a 10 experience on all levels, sadly I was mistaken.
I was sat down and Ella finally approached me, no introduction just straight interrogation about what i want to do and what products I use and what I had done to my hair previously (with judgement). This girl took herself very seriously. I showed her the images of what i wanted off saved images on instagram, (she said that's her clients hair she did this and that on, that's not possible, that girl was in a salon in Brazil). I let that go and I gave her the answers to her product questions and she proceeded with confidence that she could achieve 1 of the 4 results I was hoping to achieve, big mistake. She should have done a strand test or told me she wasn't cut out for the task. I came back to the mirror and noticed my hair was shorter in the front sections now (before my cut) and I asked her, was my hair falling out from the colour? It was all frizzy and frayed too, she stated that that was always my hair length and that I just didn't notice before as it was much darker.come on girl, I wasn't born yesterday. I know there was damage and that the colour was left on too long and with wrong colour mix. I had to ask twice for it to be checked/ washed out.
She asked me what I thought of the colour and I told her it was completely not what I was expecting and im really upset, it was shades of yellow and orange. She said that this was the best result I could expect at this time due to previous colour and that of I come back in 6 weeks to expect a better/cleaner result. These people have to be out their mind if they think I'm coming back to spend more money for a 0 star experience and orange yellow hair that's blamed on me.

She started cutting my hair, and curtain fringe, she cut one of my sides too short and now it's lost its weight and sits up all boofy so I asked her not to touch the other side. My hair is dry, damaged and yellow. They were wildly off the mark on the result I asked for "ashy and dark highlights". Photos attached of the anticipated result and the poor result I got.

Wash bay seats were a joke, they don't line up with the basin so your practically hanging by the neck in pain. You need to ask for a pillow just to get through it and yes it has been complained about many times so maybe do something about it.

My review echoes the same areas of horror of the other 1 star reviews I've seen on here which is why I am now under the impression that they get their friends to write 5 star reviews as there's no way we could have such a vastly different experience. (Unless they aren't getting their hair coloured).

No frills colour, service with attitude, set and forget client experience with sky high prices that stink of Entitlement even with a horror result. I have set aside a considerable budget on top of the $600 that is now down the circles drain just to fix the damage they have done at another salon who has the experience and expertise required to colour hair properly.
And before I get some smart response biting back as you did the others, maybe think about how to restructure your Team and rehash your values so no other woman or girl ever has to go through this embarrassment again and pay for it!
Train your staff properly in colour and attitude and get some integrity & humanity!
No frills colour even I could do myself from a box, hair damage, sky high pricing, bad attitude, uncomfortable seating, set and forget client management, blame the customer for the result.

Bella was incredible, both in her kindness, knowledge and service! I’m so happy with my global colour, she helped me achieve the most gorgeous deep brown for winter. Thank you, Circles, and thank you Bella!

I had an awesome wash and blow dry with Bella today. Usually my hair drops immediately after I try and style it but it’s still holding hours later so thank you to Bella. I’ve been coming to Circles for a few years now and always get lovely service, it seems like an awesome place to work and the positive energy between the staff makes it a nice place to relax while you get your hair done. I also highly recommend Caitlin and Megan, who are fantastic stylists and easy to chat to.

I've been seeing Megan at Circles for nearly 7 years now and consistently have a great experience each time I visit! I regularly see her for a cut and colour, where she nails it every time. She understands my lifestyle and is always honest and thoughtful in what she recommends and what would work best for me. Megan has set the bar for what I look for in a hairdresser!

The salon is lovely with stress-free parking and I enjoy my complimentary beverage each time I visit. Always looking forward to my next appointment!
