We found Chrissy back in March 2023 after searching our local community page for recommendations. Her name kept coming up and with fantastic feedback.

My first conversation with Chrissy we outlined our goal of buying our first family home, our financial situation and sole-trader status. Chrissy gave us a clear outline of what we needed to achieve to realise our goal.

Fast forward to September 2023, we got back in contact with Chrissy after our situation changed, eager to enter the market with the time pressure of a hot, challenging market. Our case was less than straight forward but Chrissy was able to negotiate a deal on our behalf which in turn helped us secure our dream block where we will start building our first home in 2024!

Chrissy’s communication, dedication and knowledge is impressive and we know we would not have the outcome we do, if it weren’t for all her hard work.

Honestly couldn't recommend her more, she's friendly, helpful and always prompt. She actually takes the time to understand what we are trying to achieve and never tries to sell you something just for the sake of it.

Chrissy is amazing, our interest rates just kept jumping until late on a Friday afternoon I had enough and rung Chrissy to ask is she could help. By Sunday night even on a long weekend we had all our documents done and approvals through and nearly halved the interest rate. So easy to talk to nothing was to hard for Chrissy.
