The receptionist is more than rude I feel for any parent having to deal with her absolutely disgusting.

Just called to attempt to schedule my daughter for an ADHD Assessment. The receptionist was very kind and helpful although the waitlist is 12+ months. She explained what I need to do to get my daughter on the list. I have read many 1 star reviews from a year and longer ago due to the receptionist at that time. So I thought I would post this review to help people know that the receptionist was quite kind and very professional. Not sure if it is the same person or not. But rest assured I was treated well.:)

All of my children see Dr Christie and he is amazing!
We have been seeing him for the last 12 years and he has always steered us in the right direction.
The ladies in Admin are also wonderful.
Worth the wait!

Mary is a lovely receptionist, she is very warm and helpful. Saw Dr Christie for my son, and he was a very kind, friendly and knowledgable Dr.

I was diagnosed by Dr Christie when I was ten years old, He helped my struggling mum on a disability pension to find ways
to help my situation cheaper and easier than needed, Dr Christie really changed our lives for the better and I couldn't thank him enough. I wish I was young enough to continue seeing him

We were trying to arrange an appointment for our son who was referred to Dr Christie. The receptionist cut me off after 30 seconds and was extremely rude. How can a professional medical practice have such a rude receptionist then reading on in the reviews I've not been the only person who has encountered this experience. Absolutely disgusting and appalling.

Rick has been an amazing practitioner for our son. We have seen him from diagnosis to currently age 14. He has helped us on the journeys and bumpy paths of childhood pre teen and teen.
We are grateful for all his help thus far.
The girls in the office have always been helpful and supportive, thankyou Ladies

I couldn't even get to the appointment as the receptionist was upset for unknown reasons, so rude and difficult to talk to. Hey Dr, if you are good, get another staff.

I just got of the phone to a very rude receptionists she told me to look elsewhere! She wouldn't even put me on a waiting list, how is any parent suppose to get any help for there child when there are people like you working at a place that is suppose to help kids and there parents!

This is not for Dr C as I’ve not been able to get in to see him after trying for 5 years. This is for the atrocious way the receptionists rudely and abruptly speak to you when you are trying to get information because hey, it’s just your child you’re concerned about so why would you expect some understanding and compassion. Disgusted with their attitudes.

I have had nothing but appalling interactions with the receptionist she is very rude, nasty patronising. I'd get a new receptionist everyone I've spoke to calls her the dragon lady

Been coming here since my boy was 3 and it's been amazing and caring every time. 13 years now still going strong. Thanx Dr Christie and Staff.

Terrible customer service! I emailed my sons referral 3 weeks ago, I haven't received a response at all! Tried calling yesterday, no answer, followed up with another email, no response! This is unnaceptable! It would be very courteous of the office to email or call acknowledging the receipt of my email and to let me know when I have an appointment for my son. Very disappointing!

Took my daughter to see Dr Christie today. What a lovely man who welcomed my daughter so well. Would thoroughly recommend to any parent. Lovely office staff who made us both feel welcome.

Tried to call to make an appointment to get an autism assessment and the receptionist cuts me off before I can say the word "assessment" saying she doesn't have anything for 6-9 months then tells me to call other paediatricians if I can't wait the 6-9 month wait and to state clearly what wanting when I call. If she wasn't so rude and didn't cut me off mid sentence I could have. Not what an upset, emotional mum needs.

We have seen him multiple times for two of our children. We found Dr Christie to be professional, timely and suited our needs.

We have three children who have been seeing Dr Christie for years now, would not go anywhere else. His office staff are also brilliant, always helpful.

I took my 12 months old son to see Dr Richard after seeing others in Perth.
He is a good listener and excellent at following up with patient.
My son had a sever reflux issue and a minor indication of asthma.
My son is doing much better after following Dr Richard instructions and we still on his instructions for the winter season.
I recommend Dr Richard but you need to make sure you express your concerns clearly to any Dr anyway.
