I started my process with Chris on May/22 when I injured my SIJ badly aggravated for my RA, so the injury and pain were to the point where I couldn't walk or stand for long periods of time and the escrutianig pain wouldn't stop, not to mention I couldn't train at all.

Chris not only helped me to recover my mobility but has also helped me to grow in endurance and strength, he is a caring professional, that really knows and thinks through your situation. He understands your pain and motivates you to believe you can get better.

I have recovered from my injury, but for my arthritis, I wouldn't trust other than Chris to keep growing muscle while caring for my joints and technique. I'm now lifting weights I never thought I would be able to, and the best part is with no discomfort or hurting myself.

I've been working with Chris for a while now, and he is truly amazing! Super professional and knowledgeable, he always tailor workouts to fit my needs. Plus, he genuinely friendly and always open to feedback. I've seen great improvements thanks to his guidance. Highly recommend!

Chris has been amazing EP. I was referred to Chris so he could help me transition back into the gym and with my mental health and chronic back pain. He's very knowledgeable and understood my needs from the start.

I highly recommend seeing Chris for any physical injury or psychological aid with returning back to fitness or for a better quality of life.

Chris is a highly skilled exercise physiologist and coach who has helped me build strength in ways I didn’t know I was even capable of! Most importantly though he is such a lovely human being and makes training fun. Can’t recommend working with him enough!

Chris helped me to rehab my lower back injury through the use of stretches, proper activation, better technique and a range of modifications specific to my weaknesses.

Working with Chris has given me skills that I have continued to benefit from long after the injury has been healed.

I could not recommend Chris enough for rehab or even to improve skills and learn something new. He is amazingly knowledgeable and a good dude

The very best Exercise Physiologist in Perth.

My DVA advocate recommended Chris due to my ongoing lower back and knee pain from my Army career. Since starting in 2021, I have seen significant improvement in my overall strength, leading to a stronger back and legs, almost doubling my squat and deadlift numbers.

Chris gives you a program to follow and introduces you to every exercise at your pace, proven to work through decades of his own experience in training. He is always up for a laugh, easy to get along with, and professional in his work.

Chris practices what he preaches. A solid coach, and a great mate. I highly recommend you reach out to Chris to get help with your injuries, no matter how big or small they are, and to reach your training goals.

Chris is an incredibly well trained, learned, practical and versatile trainer. He accommodates for complex needs, such as, my diagnoses with Bipolar but also keeps me accountable and motivated. He has an in depth knowledge of how the body functions and how exercise can be used to improve your life. He is well connected in the Perth Health and Wellness Community and is able to refer you to quality health professionals. He provides a reasonable, high quality service that was funded for me by the NDIS. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Thanks for everything Chris!

Chris is his business card, not only does he look the part, his knowledge, qualifications, also rule the top shelf and make him a leader in Western Australia.

Mostly which is rare, he has the passion for what he does, and a passion for sharing his knowledge and helping anyone and everyone.
His clientele list is varied with a mixture of injuries, rehab, prehab, strength and conditioning, movement patterns issues to technique, he trains all sorts of health issues, cancer, auto immune diseases, nerves issues, he trains the police, the army, etc.you could say this industry needed a Hero and Chris turned up.

Suffering from injuries himself, including damaged hip, broken ribs etc, he is a leading light and guide to a stronger body and better health and wellness.

I've known Chris for a couple of years as he has helped put me back together.and build a solid foundation again.he always knows someone's potential and he will get you there.

I myself have 30yrs of training under my belt, human movement and PT qualifications, so I can honestly say if you want the best, you can't go past Chris, and he will help anyone, with all sorts of injuries, and health issues, and I'm sure any one who gets Chris on board will always be in good hands.and even make a new friend.

He does like to eat, so get him before breakfast or lunch and you may just have an eating buddy to add

Chris was recommended to me by the owners of my gym. He is supporting me in a professional capacity as I recover from spinal surgery.

Chris is helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I'm seeing week on week improvements through the 1 to 1 sessions with him and the very comprehensive set of exercises he's developed for me over the time I've been in his care.

Chris is welcoming and full of knowledge. I came to Chris after having back and neck issues training as a bodybuilder and after working together to fix technique and form, my training has now gone to a new level. Would 100% recommend Chris!

I came to Chris with back and sciatic pain. Chris was quick to identify that incorrect form and muscle weaknesses in my back was leading to poor posture, this in turn was worsening the symptoms. Chris was throrough in setting up, explaining and monitoring me through a rehab program. The treatment he provided was far superior to that offered to me in the past and has left me pain free.

Chris was recommended by my surgeon after I had an operation for a herniated disc, and had suffered from back pain over a number of years.

He gave me confidence to get back into the gym by starting slowly and working up to a program of exercises I could do by myself.

My strength has improved 100%, and I still work with Chris on a weekly basis to keep my condition maintained. He is very patient and happy to answer questions as to why I’m doing a particular exercise and what that will achieve. If I start to waiver he gets me back on track.

I have, and will continue, to recommend Chris for treatment
