3I have been looked after by Chorus Carlisle for under a year. The domestic staff, gardener come handyman do a terrific job however, I Always have to ask/beg for my monthly statement to be issued like all other Providers do. I insist on receiving it on a monthly basis because I have detected errors made with the hours that they have over charged me. This was months ago but I have yet to see the correction they promised to make! I find this very unacceptable that a simple statement of ALL the funds they take out of MY HCP, a statement of receipt is NOT even handed to me. Perhaps they are hoping I would get confused so they can get away with errors? I find this most upsetting and disappointing.

You.both are Gentlemen, Caring all round nice Guys, which made my trip much easier and fun.
