1 I purchased a few doughnuts on last Thursday. When my brother went to eat one, there was a massive crack sound, he pulled out a seed which was the size of a 10c piece (the picture is the seed broken in half), the seed was from their home made plum jam that fills the doughnut.
I call the store and tried to speak to someone they did not understand or care that I was talking about so I asked if a manger would be in the next day, they said yes.
The next day went into the store and the manger was not there, so I asked for their number to call them, I call them no answer and left a voice mail to call me back, they did not call me back, so I had to call them again.
Alice, the individual I spoke to had zero costumer care and did not care that a seed of this size was found in the doughnut. If a child ate that doughnut and that seed got stuck it could of ended very badly.
