Fantastic place to get all your chocolate cravings fulfilled.

There is so much to choose from, including ice cream, cakes, chocolate truffles, chocolate bars, and, of course, the amazing churros.

It's one of my favourite locations. It's a really nice vibe, I think, due to the amazing staff?

Waited and waited and waited and left then guy behind us left as well. 1 person serving whilst another apologised and said the other lady won't be long while she played on her phone texting good luck staying I business like that.

The hot chocolate and mini churros here always make my day better and the staff is very welcoming. Special thanks to Jeremy for being so friendly and happy

Could nt hear ourselves talk nice food there San churro cake lovely and other food was nice but there churro is not that great and expensive

You have to try the lemon meringue macaron! I have never understood the fascination before today! They are amazing and the flavours are extemely interesting and tantalising. Will be back for more.

Jeremy was our host at the Joondalup location, he was very lovely and provided great service

I’m a regular customer here and not usually one to complain, when I dined in this evening it was quite disappointing as I ordered a cookie butter mini snack pack, we then received a original snack pack. We let the staff know and they offered to remake it. When we were served again they didn’t add the brownie nor the chocolate. Was just an original snack pack with cookie butter sauce.

I'm a bit disappointed as I order delivery for original churros to put the dip aside in the little cup as I want to share with my toddler so he didn't get chocolate too much but they just didn't do it I already put note

Bad customer service! They brought the coffee first and churros 10 minutes later. The coffee was literally cold when churros arrived.i told the staff, she just offered me refund!
How much a coffee dose cost for you guys that you can't bring a new coffee for customers.

Poor Service!
Too busy taking new orders and making churros than actually fullfill the orders that they had already taken.
When asked about my order got attitude, won't be back.

Staff are always friendly, churros are always great. Never been disappointed coming here, highly recommend a visit if you feel like something sweet or even for a coffee.

Churros are very nice but their new savoury dishes are wayy too overpriced… $8 for a few crispy potatoes. Just no. It’s not the staff’s fault, but the higher ups need to reconsider how they price their potatoes. Other than that, their churros are amazing.

We are currently sitting in San churros Joondalup and are disappointed with the terrible customer service we have received.
We ordered 2 snack packs (buy 1 get 1 free) and didn’t receive the right order. After telling the women who was serving us that it was wrong she bluntly said ‘this is a snack pack’ and tried to argue with us and tell us we didn’t order what we asked for.
Firstly there was no apology. No ‘oh sorry let me make that again for you’. The women was back and forth to her other colleagues holding the wrong snack pack. One of us ended up approaching them all and the women still tried to tell us that the snack pack she was holding was what we ordered. It’s a simple fix! Just make us what we ordered.
The young guy working was lovely and apologised to us after but the other 2 women working were very rude and we will not be coming back.
