After overhearing a staff member say my order was gross I should have walked out but thought id give the benefit of doubt. What was gross was the soggy half cooked chips the undercooked pre cooked burger pattie and the egg i could have bounced off the floor. The mouthy one should spend more time learning how to cook chips and less time passing judgment on customers orders. I will never go back

Customer service was atrocious! Not only did we not end up with what we ordered. Was given one fish and chips instead of two and gravy was forgotten! When we entered the store to collect, we were initially told the order wasn’t ready. Only to wait 20 more minutes to ask again to find it was sitting there the whole time! The shop is run by incompetent kids. Would rather drive a further distance to get decent customer service.

Customer service was good. Shop was filthy. Wall around drinks fridge and to out the back was disgusting. I ordered chicken parmigiana.
I took it back for a refund as meal inside container was swimming in the tomato salsa and oozing out the sides.
Young worker was pleasant and apologetic with giving my refund.
The owner of this shop needs to invest some hard work in this shop and train his staff on food presentation and giving the place a darn good scrubbing!

Last month a Snapper and Chips was missing from my order, it was one time, people make mistakes, no biggie.
My last order was a Two Pack, which said meal for two on the receipt. Checked the order before driving off and the chip portion was pathetic, not even enough for one person. Went back in politely and asked for it to be changed for a portion of two as I thought there was a mistake. All I got was, the sizing has change, we can't do anything about it.
Won't be going back.

Never answer the phone, answering service tells you to make an online order. No online ordering for area "fantastic".

Can be great on occasion, most of the time it's rushed which leads to undercooked or missing items. Complaints have been raised with no apology or even acknowledgement.

We are locals every Monday nite we get fish & chips
Always ask for crispy chips but the last three times we have got fish & chips there including tonite the chips have been absolutely terrible & fish to dry but when the owner is there it’s been amazing

Last two times we've had fish from there it's been rubbery.

Plus at least half the chips we always end up throwing out as they are not consistent at all.

Sorry wish it wasn't the case, however we been going to Osca n Sons more now due to this.

Had fish and chips. Great chips but soggy batter - peeled it off to eat the snapper. Gravy yum.

The fish and sides are usually alright but chips are usually below average unfortunately. The male staff could also be more polite.

Male answering the phone taking orders was a bit blunt with no energy even put into answering the phone. My order was missing 4x dimsims and fish batter not the best over cooked. Very hit and miss this place needs more mature workers or even supervision.

I love love love the snapper here! It's soo good. It's the chips that let this place down. Overcooked, hard, super oily and yellow. Pls work on this

Good place. Only issue I have is the staff seem bit to young and immature. Muck around while working. Not as professional. But the food is great

Chips are only good every now and then. The portion sizes are never the same even we always order the same size. So some days we will get decent portions, other days we are severely ripped off. If they kept their sizes the same it would make it easier to decide whether to bother coming back or not. Staff are always friendly which is one good thing, never had a rude worker there. They always do their best, even when they are busy. So if they kept their portions the same on a regular basis, it would be great.

Pretty good fish and chips and they're open a lot during the day rather than just in the evenings like most Fish and Chip shops. Yanchep and nearby has lots of nice coastal spaces to eat too. I'd call the prices standard. The chips have varied a bit from a dyed turmeric-yellow type to some less vibrant looking items of different origin but they're always decent and you get your fill. I have found after a few visits that they have been a little heavy handed with the salt shaker here so I might be inclined to ask for "light salt" on future visits.

Not sure who has talen over this place, but thank god they did! Chips were perfect, fish was delicous, service was quick and efficient. Answered the phone straight away.

This place is always busy, the staff are a blur behind the counter as they try to feed the masses!
Good food at a good price!

I got here quite often. Most of the time they are great but they have down days and get flustered a bit when they busy n forget half your order. It was pretty bad last time I went but doesn't steer me away normally pretty awesome fish n chips burgers n fried Mars bars
