Chimek Northbridge

Went out for dinner with friends, super glad I found this place! Nice variety of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), food options include burgers, nachos, fried chicken, loaded mac & cheese and loaded fries.waffles and dessert options too:)

the seasoning and signature sauces were delicious and the food was freshly made and well priced for its quality.service and setting were great, only drawback is that the place is a bit small, but it wasn’t very busy when we went (saturday evening) so it didn’t impact on our experience, in fact it made the atmosphere more cozy and social. Overall, had a great time. Will be coming back here!

This is the best fried chicken in Perth that I'm aware of. It's better than Nene across the road, and the more "wet" style sauce puts it above some of the more dry rub styles at other places. In terms of the atmosphere, it's a small place, and has music videos playing on a TV, so it's a fun vibe, but it's not a sit down with a big family kind of restaurant. If you're in Northbridge/Perth city, and like chicken, this is the place to go.

Order a $94 worth food only to get it canceled cuz driver didn’t find me. Driver is too dumb to understand he can hand it over to the motel reception that we were at. 4 of us lacked meal and went to bed empty stomach that night. Restaurant didn’t reach back too.

Me and my boyfriend recon this is the best fried chicken restaurant in perth! The northbridge joint is a bit dodgy at night, but still amazing food. The chimek south of the river has a better atmosphere, and the food is equally as good

Ordered the cauliflower Korean gochujang and let me tell you, I am normally not a fan of cauliflower and I took a risk but DAMN it was so good! I've never eaten that much cauliflower in my life! Revolutionary

Mac and cheese was also awesome!

I will be back again if I'm ever in the area. 10/10 would recommend

Chimek was better then I had anticipated, ImO price point is probably 15% too high, however to give credit it was actually very good- i would eat here more regularly if the price point were revised and given my business background feel that the Chimek group would be competing in an entirely different spectrum.

Quiet place but friendly staff & nice crispy chicken & chips & corona I had.
Was nice but pricey.

Some of the best spicy fried chicken wings I have had! A little cozy restaurant with super friendly staff with a smile. A huge bonus is that they are open till late most days!:)

First time ordering food here trough uber eats. I got the cheese burger and lemon pepper wings, the burger had the perfect amount of pickels and in combination with the sauce it was amazing. The chicken was so crispy and juicy and the lemon pepper flavour had me amazed. 10/10

I ordered OG Chicken Burger and, it was amazing. One of the best chicken burgers I tasted in recent times.
It was delicious and flavourful. The burger was loaded with crispy chicken, cheese, tomato, lettuce, jalapeños, sauce and a sweet pickle.

It has nice cool vibe and variety of beers.

First to clarify, I like chimek chips a lot. But I was just ordering a chips and a pop can on Uber eats, it takes more than an hour to get it done and deliver to me. It would be great if delivery can be faster.

Nothing flash here, what you see is what you get. If you are looking for a traditional burger, delivered fast, then place is the one. Some seating indoor or on the footpath.

This is how much of my $15 southern fried chicken portion had no chicken inside it. Did I get given the dregs from the frier or is this how all the serves are? It was mostly batter. I have had much better fried chicken at other places. Would not go again

This place right here is why I was placed on this earth. Up until now I always thought my mission in life was to be annoying as fu k but, these blokes know how to make a chicki burger! Can’t handle this noise

We went at around midnight, it is a great late night food option when you feel like something greasy. They serve alcohol here too, I noticed Korean beer and Soju in the fridge behind the counter. The place itself is not very big, with maybe four long high tables with barstools to accommodate maybe 4-6 people and a couple of smaller tables for 1-2 people.

The server was nice, but seemed it have a bit of trouble with English, we still ordered ok, but it took a bit longer than usual. Having said that the food came out pretty quickly and was good.

We got the lemon and herb chicken - nice crispy battered chicken that's succulent inside and well seasoned. The lemon and herb part was like flakey sprinkles of sour lemony bits and dried herbs.

We also got Mexicano loaded fries. You can get this as nachos too, but we opted for the chips. It was a generous portion piled up with toppings. If came with jalapenos, onions, tomatoes, and smokey cheese sauce. It really hit the spot for late night snacking.

When ordering food I also ordered a drink, it wasn't until almost after the meal that I realised they didn't bring it out. When I asked at the counter the server told me it was self serve from the fridge at the front. It would have been nice if they had mentioned that at the time I ordered.

Overall, a great option for late night eats.

Bought thru uber 2 Seoul hot chick burgers and cheese wings and we've been having terrible stomach aches since we had them. Not gonna order again

Always enjoy my chicken I just wish they put asmuch sauce on it as when they first opened.you could swim in it back in the day
