This service has been amazing for both our son and our family. The service that they offer is fantastic and the staff have always been lovely. Highly recommend.

I rang up the morning of an appointment to cancel, due to my son being sick. I was told that we would have to pay for the appointment still as we where canceling within 24hours. Ok can live with that, $160 bucks down the tube. Received an email with details on how to pay for the cancellation, which stated all other appointments that we had been cancelled, what a joke when someone is sick, a couple days later I received another email stating I had missed another appointment and had to pay $160 again for missing it. I rang them and explained and received an apology and was informed that the appointments where not cancelled as per the email. I then turned up this morning for the next appointment only to be told that the appointment was cancelled and the time slot given to another family, I was asked if I would like to book another one, when I was booking another appointment I was told I couldn’t get one for 2 months! What a joke. Next time I will just take my sick son to an appointment and make everyone in the cente sick as well I suggest you do the same.
