39 1/1/2024 11: 59am droped in for a feed. Service was shocking. I felt like we were interrupting thier conversation and the man cooking the food was on the mobile, we interrupting his messaging
They were both not up to Scratch.
Will not be back, thanks for the experience.
The staff is so slow even they didn't tell me how long they are going to take for my food I was waiting for more then half an hour for my order and they were giving orders someone else who came after me.
Chicken Roll was Dry with little to no Mayo,
Nuggets were to Dry, didn't get given Sweet n Sour Sauce
Went to get dinner tonight, what a nice surprise to have such a friendly, efficient and someone with a personality on the front counter. She had a trainee badge on and provided excellent service as did the other couple of staff working. After attending an opposition business on the past few days you excell on service, freshness of food and efficiency. I will be back
I must have gone on a bad day because I can see the reviews for this place are usually pretty good.
The service was super slow, the restaurant was hot and uncomfortable, our chips were soggy, $ value was pretty poor. There were only 2 staff and at least 6 people waiting impatiently in the store, so I'm sure that didn't help. Not a great experience all round
Loaded fries were poorly made asked for extra sauce mayo (paid for) got home had no cheese sauce or mayo returned to store poor customer service asked on phone before returning to have it ready and got there hadnt didn't start cooking till I had arrived
Great staff and atmosphere, owned and run by two brothers who are involved in the business and treat staff well.
Chicken treat is my new favourite for a fried chicken fix. Their batter is so much better than KFC, it is so much more crunchier, less greasy and chicken feels better quality too. Only complaint I have is that it often takes them upto half an hour to serve, especially between 5-6pm rush hour. Other than that, I don’t have any other complaints with their food.
The Hawaiian meal was delicious. The pineapple was crispy on the outside, best deep fried pineapple I've had. The lady serving me brought my meal over to me as I was waiting for the takeaway instead of me having to go up to the counter. Excellent service.
Saw someone touching up a girl out back while working. I'm not sure this should be something that should be happening at work.
Pre ordered food for 9.55am, I reached there at 10am.when I told him about the order he checked the system & went to fry chips.i have ordered a burger too, nothing was ready.waste of time.please make sure by calling them after u pre order guys
Tell me there is no chicken for quarter chicken and chips. Only had the rolls. Then another customer comes in and they get the quarter chicken and chips. WTH
Service is really good otherwise.
The chickens are not cooked properly and it’s been more than three times that I’m getting the chickens uncooked. It’s just the outer part that they fry and inside it’s just raw. Don’t know if it’s really chicken or sth else.
Fresh food, fabulous chips and great service.downside, the price increases over the years (not the stores fault, damn corporate and inflation) ; biggest issue is the store signage lighting needs to be addressed especially for night time trading
Good store in a convenient location. The food was up to the high standard I expected. Waiting time was minimal.
Usually it's ok but today I ordered my food and they gave me the wrong burger and I talk to the man, he didn't want to change it, I was unsure if it was beacuse they where trying to film something or he just didn't want too not. Agile experience I couldn't even have the burger they gave me
Walked in store around 18h30 (peak dinner time) and was told by staff their store was running out of chicken pieces. Staff was unprofessional while serving. Answering to customer query without checking stock on hand created uncertainties for me to place my order while I simply needed 3 pieces of crunchy. I was more disappointed when staff walked away while I was still placing my order just because the "UberEats" tablet was ringing thus given more priority than dine-in customers. Not a regular customer.so not sure if I will be visiting any sooner.
Asked for a chicken and chips with a wing, the staff said yes. Got home to find they gave me a leg. Had I known this, I would have ordered something else, that's why I asked for a wing specifically, as I dont eat legs. Will not return to this store. First and last time customer.
