Chicken Treat

Came in asked for a few extra things on my burger. Coleslaw, kamikaze sauce, and onion rings. I was fine with paying the price of them seperate which I told ALL 3 girls working at the front. Came home to no coleslaw on the burger so they obviously didn’t charge me for that. Tried to call up on my phone a few times right after I arrived home just to see if they charged me, they didn’t pick up. I got my partner to call they literally lied to him saying that we discussed it and I said I didn’t want coleslaw because it’s $6 extra? I never said I wanted a large by the way and they never discussed the prices of the coleslaw with me? , Just the onion rings. Look it’s fine that you guys forgot or something but you don’t have to lie about it. Also they drenched the burger in sauce. Terrible experience

For a fast food place it was good. Very nice and friendly lady serving at the front and my food was made fresh and fast which is good cause I love chicken treat chips (the best IMO).
Something that I hate is dirty untidy places and this place was clean, floor was clean, counter was clean and the chairs and tables weren't sticky. Over all a very pleasent experience for a lunch time feed

Ordered 3 wraps to be delivered with Uber eats and they look like they have been wrapped by a 5 year old
Food all over the place and not the chicken that was ordered

Chicken treat Bertram Uber Eats experience tonight. Order placed circa 730pm, driver allocated, meal logged as prepped and ready for pick up. Picked up but the gps shows the driver never left the premises due to a flat tyre. Order cancelled (you'd think if the food was ready, get another driver) reordered the same food within 5 mins of the cancellation, one option out of stock (just go to the car?) Nonetheless, Order being prepared and now has another hour wait. Driver allocated.then driver not allocated but Order still being prepared for another hour + then cancelled. Don't worry, we chose another business via doordash as it was obvious this was a lie. I've read businesses select "waiting for driver" or similar so the customer and the business get a refund when it fails.seems chicken treat got 2 refunds for nothing tonight and my family are still hungry 2+hrs later.

Chicken Treat Bertram used to be the best around. Since July 2021 it has become very ordinary. They get orders wrong, miss items and don't always cook the chicken properly. We won't be going back.

Fast food tasty if fresh. Got to get there when busy. Or chicken is not so fresh cooked. They are stingy with there chips in the fried chicken boxes.

Staff friendly car park not car friendly. 4 stars for the staff 1 and half stars for the car park

Went here today for two chicken dinners. Was a mistake chips were cold in the middle and not cooked at all. Tried to call the shop 4 times to let them know how upset I was with my meals but no answer. What a waste of time and money not happy with their quality at all.

Delivered by Uber Eats with a lot missing from order. On calling was told I had to contact Uber Eats about that even though Uber Eats picks up a bag stapled shut with order inside. Was then given a phone number to follow this up - phone number was fake. No responsibility, no care, I'm telling people

Place is slower than a wet weekend. Ordered 2 combos and it took just over 20 minutes to prepare.
No complaints with the food

I'm here once a week and the food is so good. Sometimes the chips are a little too salty but that's an easy fix.

Went to bertram chips under cooked and over salted. Asked for a wing and got a leg. Do yourself a favour and drive to kwinana where it is normally delish.

I regularly eat here, staff are great, food is fantastic 95% of the time, have only had so so food twice in about 3 years of eating here atleast once a week

Just got a quarter chicken and chips today, it was so juicy, delicious! Definitely go back again

Can get a little crowded around dinner time, but that is to be expected and speaks volumes about the quality of food.

Staff where not paying attention when placing order. Ended up getting it wrong in the end. And took way too long to make food. Also didnt make the food all at once. They made chips first and left them sitting on the bench for 5 mins. And flies kept going on them.

Food was fresh! Fast & efficient service! Always worth the extra mile for a funtastic feed!

7.40pm rock up sorry mate no chicken at all. We have burgers but.

Sadly the cheesecakes we purchased were out of date & I didn't notice till arriving home. Then no answer when calling the store to let them know. The chicken roll was very dry & chips were a let down. I have received nice food here on other occasions but is annoying the good food isn't consistant.
