Chicken Treat

Most worst chicken treat can't even get a hot chook at 8 o'clock at night and bad customer service.

Chips were only warm, appeared old and dry and tasted the likewise, my wife and I only ate half of them. The Chicken legs were only warm and old. I am 71 y/o, We have been eating Chicken Treat and chips since it was available and we both agree it was nearly inedible. I went to the shop after but I was hesitant to complain because the young girl who served us did not deserve a spray, and there were others who were waiting for their stale food. Whoever is managing this shop should not be! Pineapple fritters were ok, probably because they were freshly cooked on the day.

Took my girlfriend here for a quick dinner and let's just say I was surprised by the quality of the food. It was delicious and super fresh not to mention the speediness of making the food. Absolutely amazing will definitely come again.

My wife and I went into Chicken Treat Ellenbrook today at lunchtime. We purchased a whole chicken and some chips. The chicken was the worse chicken that I have ever eaten from Chicken Treat. It tasted like a Woolies chicken. I rang up to complain and all I got from the manager was "yes" "no" "not really". When I asked him if it was a Woolies chicken, he stopped talking for a while and then gave his standard one word answer of, you guessed it, "no" I will not be shopping at Chicken Treat Ellenbrook again.
PS sack the manager, because he has absolutely "no" customer service at all.

Not only does chicken treat ellenbrook not accept cash, they hide negative reviews regarding it. Especially after being unable to use cash when I was placing my order.

Loves there burgers an the wraps and the freshness of the food.

Most useless store ever! Ordered a half chicken and chips and 600ml coke but didn’t get the coke HOW HARD IS IT?

Chicken was yuck.asked for a new one and they just dumped the "new" one on my chips so the chips got soggy and crushed

Talk about bad service, went to grab lunch for my kids and was standing at the counter for half an hour before the girl decides to serve me! She was bloody rude too!

Went down and ordered a Hawaiian combo, chicken twists and a small gravy. The young lady that took my order repeated my order before I paid, I then waited for my order (which was quicker then previous experiences) the same young lady repeated my order when she handed it to me. I then get home to find the hawaiian combo was just a quarter chicken and chips, I don’t normally return my food seen it is a waste of my time but because the order was repeated to me twice I was quite annoyed. A gentleman came out and assuming he was the manager asked me if I would like them to remake the order, I said yes that’s what I paid for. After waiting they handed me the bag and apologized so I checked the bag and there was no chicken twists and gravy, so I asked were is the rest and they tried putting in the bag the cold items that was from my original order. Will not be going back it seems like they are more worried about their Uber eats than the customers that walk in (which seems to be a common thing with fast food places).

My husband order a chicken dinner with chips tonight, which would normally come in a tin foil container. (For common sense reasons) However we received in "other meals" cardboard box. So you could only imagine what happened.the gravy soaked the box and literally fell out the bottom of the cardboard. Absolutely speechless. I also ordered a crunchified chicken box (which comes with small chips) since when is 6 chips classified as small? Absolutely disappointed!

Wonderfully fresh and hot with generous serving sizes ️ The people at the till were super kind and patient as well as a super lovely manager

I ordered chicken roll and Chips today at 401pm and we had an awesome experienced! The girl who served us is one of the best service person I encountered with all smile on her face and the supervisors too.
Keep this up guys and no doubt customers will keep coming back!

I ordered 67 dollars worth of chicken treat. What arrived you could fit in one hand. Disgusting to say the least. Was supposed to have 8 pieces of chicken. Nothing. Will never be buying from them again. 67 dollars wasted.

Attended this store on a Friday night and ordered burgers, bbq chicken and chips and chicken rolls and chips.
The food is of a sub standard quality. Chips and bbq chicken too salty to eat.
Bacon on the burgers tasted microwaved not cooked as it should be.
The staff are not friendly or professional and when I called to tell the manager of my issues I was treated like an impostion.
The store needs new management and a drive thru. It will keep losing customers and I would advise that you go to KFC or anywhere else!

Best ever Chicken Treat, I have been coming here for years now. Always had amazing food. Chips crunchy, burgers always yum, chicken cooked to perfection, pineapple fritters always cooked perfect aswell and the mac n cheese balls are EPIC! My partner and I always try give them a compliment when we leave because they have never let us down.

Went on a Friday night, seemed like only 2 people working, one at front counter one out back. 25 minutes for 10 nuggets and chips.

Ordered whole chicken & two family chips & staff more interested in socialising & whinging about Uber delivery driver than preparing order.

Handing out food out of order, didn't have enough chips cooking and didn't put more down until after they had run out. No wonder this place is quiet. Kitchen hand really needs to get his stuff together, no organisation whatsoever.

Edit: got home & no sauce with kids meal nuggets. Should have just gone to Woolies for a hot chicken. Just as nice, fraction of the price and will just do home chips. Have learned my lesson and won't be going back.
