Chicken Treat

Customer service is beyond unprofessional. They locked the doors of the restaurant at 8pm, whilst my family was sitting in the restaurant eating. Only customers where to use the drive thru, which signs where put up on the doors. Their reason being some workers where finishing their shift for the night, and where busy. So how can customers purchase food who didn't have a car to go through the drive thru? Customers where being turned away. Refused entry. As we where leaving at 8: 15pm they turned the lights off inside. Never seen this before at a chicken treat. And the fact the shops hours state online it closes at 10pm.

Went through drive 7.30pm tonight it took over 15 minutes to get through only receive luke warm chips. When I went to go in store both doors were locked, knocked on the window a couple of times and the same guy from drive thru came. I told him my chips were like warm and that I expected hot chips when I pay for them. He didn’t really want to let me in when but did. I eventually got hot chips. This is not the first time this has happened. I differently won’t be going back there.

Order the 9 Piece Feast, although the Chicken and Meal was nice, 9 Piece should mean, 9, not 8 which was supplied. 15/9/23.

I ordered chicken roll combo the roll was just mush chips missing when I rang to complain employee very rude and didn't want to listen to me told to sort out with delivery company even though it was your error won't be coming back

Toilet is always out of use, very overpriced, slow, chips never salted and lack of customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Everytime i come here to order the food is amazing. Fresh and hot and the customer service is always on point! Big ups to the team at Waikiki Chicken treat

Very disappointed in today's experience. Went through drive thru. Had a chip as i was driving out of drive thru and it was stone cold. Went into store to get replacement. Those chips were luke warm almost cold and got home to realise they hadn't given me the drink for the kids meal. I had one unhappy little fella on my hands. Take away is a rare treat at our house so very disappointed today.

Every thing was good except the maple crunch chicken scared I'd chip my teeth looked old and reheated

Great service, really fast, good food, very friendly.

And, even when they shorted our order (and I'm talking, one nugget short), it was sorted, on the spot (with an extra nugget on top, by way of apology).

I ordered a Hawaiian pack. The pineapple fritter was larger than the banana fritters, the quarter chicken was so small that the drumstick was the same length as the chicken, in all I got about 5 mouthfuls of chicken. Definitely not worth buying.

Pleased an online order, needed something changed in it, called over 30 times, they never answer the phone, won't be returning, Coolongup chicken treat are friendly and helpful, unlike this store anymore.

I buy dinner for 4, we’re a bit disappointed we never enjoy our dinner coz’ the roast chicken isn’t properly cooked, and I think it is much better if lessen a bit the saltiness esp.the gravy woah!

Go to mac Donald and buy a cheese burger.then go to chicken treat and buy a cheeky cheeseburger put them side by side and you will never eat a mac Donald's burger again truly compared the difference between the two it's easy to see mack Donald cares only about profit.not careing about the rubbish they push out.wow

Love the refurbished shop, the quality of the chicken has always been top quality and very consistent unlike other outlets.
Lots of menu variety, very friendly and professional staff, would never go anywhere else.

I'd love to give it a 5 star rating (it is my favorite after all), they sometimes miss the mark and it's less than perfect.but 90% of the time it's delicious

If i could give this place a 0 i would! Yet again wrong meal delivered and had to go back to the store to get it fixed. Only to be met with excuses and poor attitude from staff and managers. Would not recomend this place to anyone.

Worst food ever! I tried few times to give them another chance but now definitely would never go back there. There is a serious problem with the chicken cause it stinks so bad.

This store is so much more updated than this picture would have you believe.
Staff were very accommodating given that I showed up 5 mins before closing, and while I tried to be an easy customer, they were happy to do their best to deliver what I wanted. Can't fault!

Would not go choose chicken treat again. Used to stand apart from thr competition by offering lower prices, a chicken roll and chips use to run you 5 bucks but now it's 12.i don't believe the restaurant update has done them any favours

Very tasty, full box of chicken, chips and crunchy pineapple fritter, bananas a bit soft, but tasty.
