Chicken Treat

Chicken very good and crispy but the bacon is so obviously raw. Got the two baconary combos, the food came out in a decent time, and we got our drinks after asking. But the dealbreaker is the bacon. It has happened once before at a different chicken treat, so we thought we just got unlucky. However, it looks like this is not the case. Steer clear of all things bacon when going to chicken treat!

Chicken Treat Silver Sands is consistantly below average for service and quality.

I ordered a classic wrap and got a shredded chicken and salad wrap instead.

The waiting times for something simple like a 30 second microwaved Chicken Cheese Bacon burger takes at least 10 minutes to be handed to me after payment.

The store is small and cramped with no outdoor seating, one door in and out.

If there's a doordash order you'll be prioritised last, even if you just order some chips that take 2 and a half minutes to fry. Expect a 10 minute wait then add another 2 and a half minutes because the staff are incompetent.

Busy little store. Great service. Food was hot and chips were fresh. Very welcoming. Would happily go again. Best pineapple fritter!

Got a meal.wanted to do a swap.manager was fine.swapped chips for a grave np.everything was nicely cooked.only bummer was nuggets and strips have a smokey flavour to them.not to my liking

Went in yesterday and the girl at the counter was shocking. Please change your front desk person. She didn't greet anyone coming into the store. She was not friendly to customers. She was more interested in talking to staff through the square opening at the back. I waited 20mins longer then the recommended time. In total from when I order from the website, I waited 40mins for my order. The waiting time was a little thing but the Customer service was terrible. Please for your business put someone happy at the front. It will make a lot of customers write better reviews and you would gain. Change your staff around.

Worst feed ever. Chips were cold. Chicken was dry & they neglected to inform me that they had run out of banana fritters so replaced with 2 cold pineapple fritters.not to mention the long wait.expensive meal for my dogs!

One of those places where unfortunately a lot of bare foot, hoodie wearing bloodshot customers congregate around.
Due to the size of the store you have to wait outside for your order, not a place to take kids.

Came in Thursday night last week, a young man named Elijah served me and he was magnificent! He guided me around the menu very well and made great conversation during the short wait for my delicious food. The whole team performed well, and the food was great and fresh!

I went there tonight for the first time and it most definitely will be the last time as the girl who served me named Jess was extremely disrespectful and rude to me & to other customers she served also, she has very poor customer service skills! I’ll be informing the manager or owner of the store about her disgusting attitude ASAP! Not happy at all! I truely believe that you treat people the way you want to be treated! If she’s not happy working there then I suggest she leaves!

The stuff at chicken treat is very good for its value.im not saying the chicken is better then KFC but it’s pretty close, its good for the price and the deals you get at chicken treat are unbeatable.burgers could get a bit better but other than that the stuff theres good cheap! Not bad at all

My friend & I called in lunchtime today (Fri) & specifically ordered the crunchyfied chicken. Very very disappointed. At no stage could this chicken be called crunchy.

Small store but the staff have been excellent, I've never had an issue with any mix ups on my orders. Things are always made fresh here, takes a little longer but it's worth the wait.

I went to this CT on Thursday afternoon and the service was great. The lady and young guy working there were very welcoming and even apologized for the very short wait (which I wasn't worried about). Thanks guys. You are an asset to the store and company.

DO NOT GO HERE! Food was cold! Cant read an order and give proper drinks or even food! Paid for 60 dollars of food and a fair bit of what i ordered was missing.workers are clearly lazy and uncaring.

Chips old and soggy.
Understaffed, long wait time.
Chicken not too bad actually.
The biggest thing for me was hygine.
The young girl took my cash with her blue oily plastic gloves on then proceeded to touch and get food ready for other customers. Not good.

Not the nicest. Its not that good anymore.but i dont mind the chicken wraps made with roasted chicken

Usually I do not have a problem with the food or staff at this store, however the last few visits I have been underwhelmed by both the staff and the food. Came in tonight for a 2 loaded chips and it took nearly 15mins to come out and both dishes were not to the quality we usually receive, with a lot of chicken skin through the chicken and gravy chips and the sauce on the other chips was a bit sparse. Poor customer service from one staff member in particular every time I have been recently. Hopefully The Sands chicken treat can pick up there game again. The quality has gone down hill dramatically.

Used to be one of our favourite take out places. But lately the chicken is very oily. The last 5 times we've been, the order was wrong. Either forgot that I asked for spicy. Forget to pack sauces and salads that I paid for. Or don't understand the difference between 9 piece bucket and a 9 piece bucket feast. (they are both on the menu though)

Food ok. Did Hawaiian for a change which was ok. The store is not well layed out and with two customers seems crowded.

Waited 20 minutes for a hot chicken roll and small chips. Uber eats is really affecting the in store customer service. The wait times are getting out of hand for something you put in the microwave.
